Excellent service with excellent location. Me and my girlfriend sat in Eve’s bar as it seemed quiet and we grabbed the cozy seat in the corner and Staff were friendly and specially The bar manager was very approachable and neat looking. When i told him about my better half birthday,he proposed us some excellent cocktails and wine along with good burgers.I would really appreciate his hospitality skills and manner. We will comeback again next weekend.

My wife and I were staying at the Mercure Hotel and looking for somewhere to have dinner. With the restaurant closed, we went to Eves with some trepidation but were pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of the menu. It is not an extensive menu, but we prefer a smaller selection of better quality food than an extensive collection of less than average food. Well done.
Being a bar, it did get a bit noisy, but the food made up for this inconvenience. Would be happy to dine there again.

A great dining experience, simple tasty meals at a decent price. Accor members can also use their dining benefits here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small dining space but not much of an issue, its a bar. Sad that they're currently closing for the remainder of the year. Can't wait to come back

Ordered a cocktail off the menu at 10pm and was advised that it would take to long to clean up and they couldn’t do it. So ordered a wine instead and was then advised that they didn’t have any of that particular wine. Not overly impressed with service or attitude.

I ordered a meal for myself today. I thought I have chips so I decided to have the chicken parmigiana instead. So when it finally came out I had the chicken parmigiana that already had the chips with and another serve of chips. So I looked at the guy about the chips. Didn't order it. So they can give me a refund takes 3 business days and need my name and details and then they will give it to the finance department. I said don't worry also the chips with parmigiana where cold. So I had the other chips taken in a doggy bad
Of course couldn't finish them but they were nice and hot. All I can say thank to the girl who took the order. Hopeless.

Staying at the Sydney Mercure we visited Eve's Bar downstairs for a meal and would like to highly recommend. Reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. Great service and lovely atmosphere. We will be back!

Went for a drink and decided to have an early dinner in this casual bar and was not disappointed. Garlic cream prawns (10) Linguini with parmesan cheese was good quality and filling. Decided to go back the next night and found that the Chicken Parmi and Chips was nearly too big for me to finish. Highly recommended little bar.

The best barbecue chicken wings I’ve ever eaten. Caught up with some friends in the area for a drink. And these heavenly wings were delicious. The wings themselves had great flavour and amazing crunch. It was so good and addicting. The sauce was a balanced of sweet and spicy.

I really liked the 'vibe' at Eve's, The Mercure's Ground Floor Bar. It was alert yet soothing; bright yet intimate. My son enjoyed his Pale Ale complimentary drink whilst I indulged in a glass of sparkling wine.

Staying at the Mercure Sydney for the night and was after somewhere close by to have dinner. The menu isn’t super extensive but there is some good variety.
Ordered the beef cheeks and parmigiana. Was decent enough. Quite a range of drinks available too. Overall atmosphere of the venue wasn’t too exciting but maybe later in the evening it would get better.
The venue accepts AccorPlus membership discount.

We had time to kill before a country terminal train. Ever bar was perfect. Located on street level in Mercure Sydney hotel. Great food & service by Taylor. A friend only likes Chardonnay which was not in this bar so Taylor ordered from the bar upstairs. She also added some complementary nuts. These little things mean I will definitely come back. I noted they have great happy hour deals. An enjoyable interlude before a train hour.

What a great bar. Beer is cheap. Particularly happy hour. Meals are great value and plenty of variety. Staff are spot on and helpful. No complaints. Our favorite go to when we are in Sydney and one of the reasons we stay at the Mercure Hotel George street

I was at the bar on a Friday night and bar was looking really busy, but the bar team was really good. Specially the manager Mr. Mani was a amazing person, he helped us alot even at the busy bar and even managed to give us latest offers going at the bar and he looked after us really well. I would really like visit this place again and like to recommend.

I went there to have dinner with my friends at least twice. I really enjoyed the steak and drinks. They're delicious and beautiful. Not much waiting once we placed the order. The food was yummy and the service was really nice, and also the servicescape was so chill. Definately we will come back soon.
Highly recommend!!!
