Had a lovely meal here, the crispy duck with pancakes was lovely and highly recommended. The service was a little slow, but they were very busy - well worth a visit.

I used to frequent Mr chows years ago when living in sydney. This was. My hands down go to for personal or business cuisine. Travelling to Sydney visiting my brother I thought we'd give this another run. I was unaware that the restaurant had changed hands and was concerned that the food experience would be inferior. I was worried for... More

We tried out Mr Chow's for New Years Eve and were not disappointed. The food was terrific. I think we over-ordered but hey, a bit of gluttony at the end of 2016, who can blame us? Peking Duck was delicious. Also the mixed seafood and crispy rice was a wonderful experience. It was also fun to head down to Millers... More

I have been visiting this restaurant for 20 years and was concerned when the ownership changed. Stupid me! The new teàm have improved the food and service in the same great venue and it is still great value. Attentive staff with a sense of humour and surprisingly good food and wine list for a Chinese restaurant not in Chinatown, this... More

Mr Chows on Thursday night with 3 friends. We wanted to try the restaurant and bought a coupon for an 8 course degustation meal. Every course was dainty, beautiful and tasty. We were treated with total dignity and charm by friendly, unobtrusive staff..

Hands down the best peking duck in Sydney. The pancakes are so light and soft. The noodles second course was great, as were all the sides. I've had the soft shell crab, calamari, scallops and mermaids tresses. All amazing, with the mermaids tresses being a standout. My father never requests to go to the same place twice, but he did... Mr Chows is under new management. The service is greatly improved and the food is fantastic. It was a fully booked Saturday night. Superb (as always) was the hot tea smoked duck - succulent and fragrant. Scallops with ginger and shallots excellent. Pork knuckle cooked in Chinese master stock was really good and enormous. Turnip cakes and vegetable dumplings -... More

I have been going to this restaurant for years as I work in the city and often host business lunches there. The management has change and their attitude is disgraceful I took a client there on Friday and didn't even get to sit down. The place was empty, only one other table taken and they put us on a small... More
