From the moment I contacted them to book a table for 10 people, I was able to gauge their customer service. Very helpful and keen to tailor our dinning experience. My compliments to the team in the kitchen who put together delicious and well presented...More

Been there many times. It's always delicious. there is a long shared table down the middle and smaller tables to the side. Booking is recommended. I've eaten there numerous time and never had a bad meal. Everything is good!

What can only be described as one of the most unusual dining experiences I have had. Firstly we had to wait downstairs for 5mins for someone say hello, then we were asked to sit at the bar whilst they organised a table (plenty of spare...More

I had a wonderful Sunday evening dinner here last night with a couple of close friends. The decor is super quirky and fun, the whole restaurant is a bit like an art installation / izakaya you would walk into in Shinjuku. It is definitely fun...More

Went here before the Swans game, waitress was very nice and food was good. But she asked if we wanted sparkling or still water.. I replied regular and she charged us $7 for still water. Definitely shady price gouging.

Cute, quirky restaurant. Nice food, with a great selection of dishes. The food was priced appropriately. Most of the dishes we ordered were very nice, although the pork buns were 80% thick dough - not nice. Overall it was a fun experience with nice food,...More

When restaurants are striving for a minimalist decor, Mamasan is the total opposite. And they pull it off brilliantly, with 3 levels of differently decorated amazing mood creating rooms. Down below is the Japanese Whisky Bar, above is the cherry blossom ceiling room and in...More

Fantastic food of a similar standard to high end Sydney Asian restaurants but much cheaper. Great dumplings, duck pancakes, sashimi platter, delicious greens and an amazing beef dish! Extremely reasonable good quality sake, excellent service, funky fit-out and relaxed, vibey atmosphere. What more could you...More

If you’re after delicious food, a varied menu, a select drinks list and attentive staff then this is the place for you. If you also like decent space between tables, value for money, engaging in conversation with your dinner companions (the music was LOUD) and...More

Description
Our menu is based on the famed Taiwanese Night Street Markets, with a creative Japanese streak & a hot lick of Sichuan Pepper. Mamasans' Gemma was born in a remote Taiwanese fishing village & grew up in Japan before coming to Australia. Australian food culture is too young to have it’s own national cuisine - but there is no denying our love Asian food!
