Wow we had never been to Max Brenner before and wow. The staff were lovely and the shop very enticing. We loved our drinks and crepes and walked out very full and satisfied.

Just had hot chocolate at Macquarie Centre Max Brenner and it really is just like liquid milk chocolate! Really awesome. I probably would have preferred a different mug as this one had no handles and was rather hot but well I guess that's part of the experience. The hot chocolate is to die for nevertheless!

Have you ever wondered, how good could hot chocolate be? Well wonder no longer. We took the ferry to Manly and thought that we would like a hot chocolate. Well we got off the ferry and lo and behold, there was a place called Max Brenner. I said I didn't want anything too sweet and they recommended the dark chocolate... More

When we went to order, the guy behind the counter was playing with his phone and didn't seem to be in a hurry to serve us. Not off to a good start. My hot chocolate was way too hot and my wife's was not hot enough. The food was ok, but not memorable. All in all, an average experience which... More

This amazes, surprises you of all things chocolates... enjoy wide variety to choose from chocolate bakery products to chocolates in various forms with their coffee.... you 'd be done for the day with your doze of chocolates and wishing to try more ... worth a try if you can..

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
