This small shop near Central station features everything one would expect from a sushi shop - sushi rolls, bento boxes, mixed sushi packages - but it has something else, which makes it a must see for sushi lovers. Take a seat in the booth and...there is a conveyor belt that rolls past you with different types of sushi on different colored plates. Choose what you want to try, and wait for your next course - they just keep coming. When you have reached your fill, waive over the server and she will count your plates and present you with your bill. We found this experience awesome and relatively inexpensive. I didn't have much time for lunch today so I just ducked across the road to sushi hub, I was pretty happy with the taste and freshness especially the tuna and corn Inari. I will return.

So, I absolutely LOVE sushi. It's the food I can eat all the time and never be sick of it. I friend was taking us around the town and on our way home from the Central station, we stopped there for a quick bite. It...was very, VERY affordable, very fresh and so good! I'm writing this a day later and I still can't believe that I had such great sushi. If you are here, go for it! I had prawn avocado and tuna rolls. You should too.More

We accidentally entered this sushi hub while waiting for friends and were never sorry! The service is super quick, the food fresh and yummy and servings portions good. The serving staff is cheerful and helps deciding the options too. The premises are clean and kept...clean regularly. We enjoyed this so much that ended up trying sushi hub at many places we travelled to!More

The restaurant was well setup. The food was delicious. I love the idea of seeing what’s coming to me. Great selection and always fresh also good price. One of my favorite restaurant in Sydney.

I’ve eaten at many Sushi Hubs, and have only had an allergic reaction at this one (when eating Tofu and Cumcumber & Avoaco rolls). I can only assume their prep is different to other stores, resulting in some cross-contamination with a nut-based product.

Great grab and go Sushi, the price is okay and the taste is quite good! Nice if you want to have sushi in a hurry.

The sushi I had was very fresh and reasonably priced. Very enjoyable. Staff is very good at managing the midday rush.

Always very busy so you know it’s fresh. If I feel like sushi this is the place I go to. Quick service too.

If you are looking for a quick option that is cheap and tastes fairly good, this is then a great option.

I had Sushi here and it was good but nothing soecial. The location is good for me but otherwise it is not something I would crave often.
