A quick lunch of hot dog and fries was greatly enjoyed. Very quick service too. Would highly recommend anyone to try, particularly the pies with mash - customer in front of me had one and it looked (and smelled) amazing.

Good choice. Authentic Aussie street food. Outside seating, loads of celeb photos on walls. Nice setting by docks.

We walked up having never heard of the place so no expectations. Spent a while looking at the photos which were great memorabilia. Lots of reviews saying the pies are not very good. I grew up with Holland's pies in the UK so do t...More

Quick trip to Sydney and my friends suggested we try Harry's Pie Van. For any Brit's reading this is pretty similar to a chip shop experience, although the pies are better. And they don't do fish. Only limited outdoor seating, and most people were just...More

Great place to get a taste of the local flavor. We had the cheddar, bacon, beef pie, chicken pie and a hotdog. About a 20 minute walk from the Sydney Harbor through the botanical gardens. Definitely a Sydney hotspot

It's my first time to try Aussie meat pies and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Tiger, meat pie (I chose beef) with mushy peas and gravy on top. It was filling though the meat inside could use a little seasoning for my Asian tongue,...More

Must see place in Sydney for everyone who come to visit. So different from any other food offers around, this is a place to come and indulge on a quick bite. Well priced, plenty options, fast service, cam not ask for better

I don't know what the others who wrote this place was "average" were thinking. The meat pies here are outstanding. The steak is lean and tender, the crust was flaky and buttery, and the gravy is nice and peppery. There are a lot a seagulls...More

I know it's an iconic institution, but apart from the interesting location, the pie we had (chicken) was just average. Service also very slow. Marauding seagulls quite aggressive and a nuisance.
