All style, grea wine of all description and wonderful service. A proper European type bar in central Sydney. We always drop in when in Sydney.

Great venue, stripped brick and wine covered walls give the place style and character. They need to update their listing because they closed at 9 when I was there, and I just scraped in. It was very easy to enjoy a few reds and a tiger prawn and caramelised onion pizza, although I would ask them to scale back the... More

We went to a show at the State theatre and had the opportunity to have pre dinner drinks and tapas style meal at the de vine and it made for a fabulous experience. The food was excellent and staff were very attentive and had a great knowledge of the wine. The range and quality of wine available is is very... More

Stopped here spontaneously with a work colleague for a quick bite to eat. Smart but understated decor, and well turned out staff. Menu was brief but interesting, and everything we had from it was really well prepared and presented. A very good wine list, which is to be expected in a wine bar. No quaffers here, but some extremely pleasant... More

Good selection of wines - but quite expensive. It must be a Sydney thing but you only get a small portion of wine in a glass and therefore it appears expensive. One glass of Gamay along with grissini wrapped in prosciutto was $26. Nice atmosphere.

Had lunch at De Vine recommended by Blue Vintage wine shop. The risotto was amazing. One of the best I have ever had. Also, great selection of wines. We will be back.

Very good wine and service. We ordered risotto, and special of the day - rissoni, and an antipasto plate. All good, but the risotto excellent. Great location, busy, but no issues if you book.

Two ex-work colleagues and I met there for lunch. Great fare - the snapper carpaccio in particular. Wine list well thought out. Attentive staff. Up there with Fix St James in my books.

I had never been here before and will return. We ordered 5 tapas, 3.5 of which were great. 4 is probably enough for two people as the servings were generous. Pork terrine, salt cod croquettes and kingfish carpaccio were all excellent. Pate was lovely but the brioche that came with it was awful. The pork belly was also the worst... More

We walked in without a reservation at around 7.30pm on a Saturday night and were pleased when they said they could seat us. The tables for two were a little close together but fortunately the people seated on either side of us were not too loud so it wasn't a problem - although it would definitely have been with less...
