This place was buzzing for a Saturday night - tables were full but the service was quick. The menu is varied and it was hard to pick. The menu was more Australian - French but enough to cater for all tastes. If you are there on a Saturday ask for the tables upstairs and by the window to be able... More

Visited recently to celebrate Wedding Anniversary. Friendly and polite service and delicious food. Really enjoyed the seafood platter and desserts were scrumptious. Beautiful presentation. Will be back to try some of the other dishes. Convenient location, close to Darling Harbour and Australian National Maritime Museum and Pyrmont Bay light rail station.

Can't say very much about this Restaurant the food is very average, flavours are not quite what is the original thing. I did not like anything at all the Bouilleabaisse was boring just a few bit of fish, 2 prawns, 2 mussels in a tomato sauce with half a slice of cold garlic bread. We ordered some Garlic, honey and chilli... More

This is one of our favourite restaurants and never disappoints. The set price, 3 course menu offers lots of variety and both presentation and quality are excellent. Convenient location and attentive service make this place a good choice for either lunch or dinner. If you're a visitor, ask for a window table looking towards Darling Harbour, but most tables are... Second time back to this restaurant on a voucher and we were very happy with the quality of the food and service. They do a great crème caramel.

We had an anniversary dinner on the Groupon deal (3 courses and a glass of wine X 2 for $86) and were very pleased with the result. Food, ambience and service are all first class. Menu has plenty of choice. Particularly recommend the Boullabaise and the Seafood Platter. Presentation of food is excellent. We agree with the comments that service... More

I had arranged to meet my ex secretary who now lives in Sydney for lunch and we agreed to meet at Little Snail. What a lovely surprise, it was magnificent. We had the 3 course set lunch and it was delightful. There was plenty of food and all cooked to perfection to a very reasonable price. The staff and service... More

I was part of a large corporate table. That itself presents lots of challenges, especially getting all the meals out at the same time, but they managed it extremely well. Not overly french, but the the french influence was there.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
