Stayed at near by Sheraton hotel, and recommended Bambini by concierge. Great place to eat . Very busy on both occasions we ate there. Evening and lunchtime. Advisable to book table although we did just turn up.Good atmosphere and great food and cocktails. Staff attentive and friendly.

Very busy bar, I had a selection op Tapas which were all great and the serving sizes certainly were big enough to share and enjoy. Service was friendly and considerate. Close convenient to the Sheraton Hotel. We walked up mange to get a table but be aware it is popular, I think we were lucky to get a table.

I crash into the diners eating on the side walk every day. Most annoying. Why can't they sit in closer the restaurant.

The breakfast I had here was outstanding. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, as was the very large side of asparagus. The sourdough toast was just the right thickness and not hard. The service was very prompt and pleasant. Highly recommend.

A lovely restaurant (attached to the cafe/bar) with great ambience and authentic Italian food. Good wine list. Great service. Restaurant was full on a Wednesday evening when I dined

Great spot for after work, drink and a little meal. I'd recommend it heartily. It can get a bit noisy but you do feel you are in Europe with attentive staff, good vibe and an interesting buzzy classy restaurant.

This review is for the original Bambini Wine Room in Elizabeth Street in the CBD. Beautiful space, extensive drinks menu, and nibbles well worth the expense. This is a fantastic, sophisticated venue that benefits from being a little off the beaten track, so doesn't tend to attract your usual nightlife patron. A brilliant way to spend an evening in Sydney.... More

Great selection of local wines. An original, varied tapas menu with fresh local ingredients. Friendly, engaging servers. Charming tables set out on the wide sidewalk out front where you can watch the world stroll by Hyde Park. Loads of atmosphere with lots of blue suits, briefcases, and legal secretaries all around you (there is apparently a court located in the... More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
