CONS -COULD NOT FIND THE RESTAURANT since there's no signage when we tried to go there. Uber driver had no idea and had never heard of this place. I called and person says' next to Ken's. We found Ken's after walking around in the cold...for 10 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation. The person outside says they were CLOSED . I asked if we could go in and have a wine while we wait for 10 minutes for our reservation. HE DECLINED. The place looked real simple. One large table. I tried to negotiate but to no avail. Bad treatment. I'd NOT recommend.More

This place is a real gem. My son has eaten there several times but this was our first visit and we will be back. Hidden away and seating only a few customers the service and food are exceptional. It’s a set four menu at $85...which only changes once a month, so unless you don’t mind eating the same thing several times over it’s a once a month treat. You can do a wine pairing but we opted to chose our own wine from the excellent wine list. Just to give you a feel for the food we had bread and snacks de jour, followed by the fish course of Murray cod, cime de raps, sea herbs, fragrant broth followed by the main course of Bannockburn chicken cooked over charcoal, roast potatoes, cultured cream and fried skins, salad of bitter leaves and herbs, yuzu kosho condiment and a dessert - mangotta banana, pecan, cacao. Really quirky venue. Found ourselves seated outside an adjoining nail bar near a busy crossroads, but felt comfortable and part of the Kings Cross community. Service is very friendly, cocktails are great and the food is superb. They serve a set four-course menu so tough...luck if you don't like what's on offer, wouldn't recommend to people who have constraints on what they can/will eat, because I got the distinct impression that there isn't an alternative. Everything we were served was absolutely stunning, certainly the best meal we had during our stay in Sydney (and given what you get for your money, probably the best value too).More

Been wanting to go here since before covid. Finally made it. Took the family and we had a great meal. Sit down and let the fabulous staff take care of you. We went for a Friday evening dinner which was our 4th time to Farmhouse. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Sydney for consistent high quality food, service and atmosphere. Love that there is now the additional option of wine parings. These were great and...served well with each course. Could not fault the food at all, really enjoyed all of the courses. Service was spot on, waitresses were friendly and attentive. Will definitely keep coming back!More

Place is relax, it is worth trying and the recommendation from mister mike are professional, the food is tasteful and we feel like a nice moment at the restaurant

Expectations were high given it had the best rating on trip advisor but this restaurant exceeded all expectations. Food was divine!
