This has become my local so I am very lucky. We love the selection of craft beer. We have eaten here twice. I have had the salad & the vegetarian pasta & both were very good. They are very serious about providing a safe environment....I like the decor & the vibe.More
We visited for a spot of lunch on a Tuesday. The decor was pleasant. Staff were friendly. They had a half price tacos deal ($7.50 instead of $15). The halloumi tacos were very tasting, albeit you only get 2 which makes the dish less of...a bargain if you have to order 2 dishes (most places serve 3 tacos). Beer seemed a bit expensive when compared to a few other pubs in the area.More
Venue was good but the flow of food was slow and the waitress offended a number of our staff, speaking to them in a rude manner and rolling her eyes!
Had a booking on Friday night for our staff christmas party and as the roof top was full we were promised exclusive use of outside courtyard. Found we were all squashed onto 3 tables and the staff said as they were so busy we had...to share the outside courtyard with others. Half our party had to eat their meals on the their laps as we didn't have enough room for everyone to sit comfortably . We were told no need to pre order food and that the wait would be only 15 mins. We waited between 45 mins and an hour for our food . Bar staff mostly unfriendly. Would absolutely NOT recommend this venue for a large group.More
Stopped in for lunch after a Saturday morning at the Powerhouse Museum. They have a great $16 deal with lunch and a beer. Food was good, nothing special. Can't expect anything fancy for $16. Service wasn't great, but overall an ok experience.
First time visitor. A variety of seating options. We enjoyed seating in a well protected indoor/outdoor area. Great craft beer selection, plenty of good choices on a well curated list. The beer was in very good shape and staff were knowledgeable about products being offered....Tuesday was cheap snitty night and I was more than happy with a well cooked snitty and shoe-string fries.More
Came here for a birthday party, the rooftop was nice, the food was decent (a bit expensive for what it was) but the woman working at the bar was not friendly at all, quite stand offish and didn't make us feel welcome.
That’s right I went to this pub three years ago and I would go back in a heartbeat! Just need to find some craft beering friends to go with me. It was such a great pub to visit and enjoy a beer at. I gotta...go back.More
Such a rude manager, we have visited a couple times before and have never been satisfied with the service. Definetely don’t recommend if you are looking for a relaxad environment and a polite manager...
My daughter had the tacos and thought t hey were great. I ordered the sirloin which was $30 and the most expensive menu item. The sirloin was rubbish meat and no chef could do anything with what I was served. It was not a typical...bone in sirloin and looked more like rib. It was tough to cut despite being medium rare. It was full of gristle and of the 300 grams less than 200 grams was edible.More
