The waffle is so yummy and enough for two people while you casually sip on a hot chocolate taking in the harbour bridge and ferries passing on the harbour. Good prices and would highly recommend.

Poor service and 10% weekend surcharge. Had 2 ask twice for drinks and twice for the bill. Yet staff were standing doing nothing. And what’s with a 10% weekend surcharge? I’ve heard of a Sunday surcharge and public holiday surcharge but sun’s days too? If...they want to charge a weekend surcharge they should have a weekend menu with weekend pricing. A total tourist rip off place with bad service. I live in Sydney and won’t recommend or return.More

So many staff working and we waited to be seated for so long. I even told them ‘why do many tables and chairs and you have us here waiting’?’ Disgusted with the service!

Had breakfast here on a Saturday. Restaurant was possibly 1/3 full. There was nothing about the experience that was positive. $78 for smashed avocado and two poached eggs, toast with two eggs, ham, tomato, avocado. Two cups of tea and one smoothie. Which was extremely...expensive even for Sydney - the food tasted very plain and was not presented well. The service was disappointing- after signaling on three occasions that we were ready to order we eventually had to go up to the counter to get someone to take our order. To cap off a plain and very expensive breakfast we were the yoke they couldn’t take the dine NSW vouchers as they didn’t have a code. This is despite the fact that the restaurant is listed on the Service NSW Website as taking the vouchers. So a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend for breakfastMore

It is great for sweet lovers. The patisserie and the hot chocolate were delicious. The service was friendly and pretty fast. It's quite expensive but at this fantastic location and with the amazing harbour view it's worth to take a break.

We ordered 3 drinks and the price came to $44 - so expensive I thought we’d been given the wrong bill. This came on the back of receiving the milkshake and it tasting awful so I went and asked them to fix it (they said...they couldn’t, they could only add milk to it). Turns out the terrible milkshakes cost $12.50 each (small glass) and as we’d asked for them to be thick, they charged an additional $5.50 per glass with not even a heads up. When I pointed out that there was an issue, the manager offered to take 10% off and told me it was impossible to adjust an order once it had been made. Paying $18 for a disgusting drink that didn’t even have alcohol was pretty outrageous but it’s the staff who are the problem - poor attitudes and poor handling of addressing a customer‘s concerns. Charging an additional 50% on to a product cost to make a milk shake thicker is fine I guess, but one would assume the additional charge would be explained prior to them adding it. My parents are visiting from Melbourne and nearly died when they heard the costs. They eventually removed the extra charge for the “thick” shake but the damage was already done - poor customer service and a clear lack of concern for a poor product. Certainly wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone visiting Circular Quay - far better places with friendlier staff and better food and drinks than this place! Customer service is a 0!More

Wonderful views of Sydney harbour and Belgian chocolate probably are enough to make this place a favourite stop. But they do good breakfast, brunch and lunch food as well and the coffee is good too. Staff are always friendly and it doesn't seem to get...too busy.More

Dropped into this cafe for some well deserved brunch and we were not disappointed. A great location over looking the best harbour in the world and being able to watch the passing parade in an outside seating space. Very friendly and professional table service by...the floor staff who were very happy to explain the menu. The menu was quite varied and would suit most diners and the food and coffee arrived in very good time. The chocolates that arrived with the coffee were excellent and were much appreciated. Cost wise, the prices were reasonable taking into account the quality of the products and the cafe's location. All in all, a very good cafe to enjoy a break and to enjoy the food and coffee and is Recommended.More

This is a chocolate retail outlet, but they serve light meals as well as coffee. Do not miss their hot chocolate, even in summer as it is awesome. In winter after a performance at the Opera House the queue is endless as patrons make a...quick run for this chocolate outlet.More

Have been here a few times over the years and always had good service and coffee. It’s a nice touch to have a chocolate complementary with a coffee. There is plenty of yummy cakes on offer if you can handle the calories
