Famous for all natural ingredients, freshness, purity and intense flavours, Rivareno contains no hydrogenated fat, preservatives, colours or flavours. Gelato is made in small batches several times a day to ensure ultra-freshness in the in-store lab. Gelato is stored in traditional Italian pozzetti (cylindrical containers) deep inside the counter, avoiding exposure to air for better conservation.

Great packaging! Best one I saw by far!

This wonderful place has the best gelato I’ve ever tasted, and that includes extensive tastings in many countries, including Italy. The service was great and there is comfortable seating.

The ice-cream is premium quality and delicious. It’s better enjoying it at the shop in cones or cups
Don’t buy the take away box !!!!
When buying take away ice-cream in the box you get ripped off big time.
Boxes have changed from styrene material to cardboard which is definitely an environmentally friendly solution .
But staff underserves because the new boxes are hard to handle and cannot be filled up to top without bending.
So the staff weigh the box quickly on scale just to show you they did check for the correct weight , I saw the quantity looked quite lean and when at home I weighed the box it was well below the amount I paid for. 840g instead of 1000g.
Needless to say I was charged for 1kg.
Stick to the cones and cups, you will have the best ice-cream experience, don’t buy the take away box you pay for lots of air in the box

They certainly get a great texture in the gelato but the way they talked up the ingredients in the specialty flavour that I ordered made me expect a lot more...flavour. The prices are pretty standard but the scoop seemed a lot smaller than in most places, plus they don't disclose their high card fees.

Probably my favourite authentic gelato spot that opens from afternoon to midnight on weekends! The best flavour is definitely the salted caramel with hazelnut, damn not even eating it now but typing this review makes me drool! Super duper mega ultra highly recommend!

Amazing fresh ice cream we absolutely loved all our scoops.
One scoop is more than enough for one person not all of us finished our cups.
Creamy and so yummy would be back.

We ordered four different gelato flavours for take away which were put into rectangular polystyrene tubs. Every single flavour was great though the standout was New York New York, I have never experienced the depth of flavour in a gelato ice cream before, only wish that we lived closer, our friends are much luckier it's just around the corner for them and a firm favourite.

We absolutely love the gelato here!!! It is hands down the best gelato we’ve eaten in Australia- just as good as the gelato in Italy! Great service too!

Wouldn’t recommend this gelato place. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes when we entered the shop, they weren’t making crepes, we had to ask for the tables to be cleaned as they were covered in food and the waffles weren’t made fresh, just taken from a fridge and heated up. Not impressed.

Ice cream here is great! Good service! but come on guys get with the times. There's no need for one use plastic spoons in this day and age. Probably won't return until this is rectified...

Was recommended by a waitress earlier last night to swing by this place on our way home for some amazing ice cream for pudding after dinner.
Well, we were not disappointed. I had the chocolate and my kids had the vanilla and the coconut ice creams.
We were all blown away by them, the chocolate ice cream was just heaven in a tub. If you love chocolate and were in need of a chocolate fix then this is the place, just one spoonful and your sorted leaving you with the rest of your tub or cone to truly indulge.
Staff were pleasant, quick and patient as my two kids hummed and hawed over the selection until settling on their choices.
If you are in the area; I.e. Sydney, I suggest making the detour and going here for your ice cream fix.
Fab.

The choice alone was hard!! Not because they have a huge amount of flavours but every single flavour sounds amazing.
Really love the ice cream after finishing our cones I ended up with a 1.5kg tub for home.
Cant wait to go back!!!
