Don’t bother. We went Friday early evening. 4 tables full. We were asked to sit inside due to the sun. They couldn’t offer shade - never mind the sun going down and plenty of empty tables out of the sun. They don’t want the business...obviously. Pity as we have been before and very nice hence our beeline to there again. Will go elsewhere next time.More

The service was excellent, the dessert was good, but the fish and chips were the worst I have ever had in my life. The shape, texture, and batter of the fish were suspiciously of the frozen variety. Very sad to experience this at a tourist...venue, perhaps chefs are in short supply.More

Good service, good presentation of the dishes, but horrible burnt taste on the t-steak (i ordered medium rare), doesn't worth the price. I wouldn't recommend. Cheers

Hi LHCAL, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I am deeply sorry the meal was not up to our lofty standards. Do you mind sending me an email at gm@searock.com.au so I can discuss this more with you? Thanks.

It’s been a while since we dined at Sea Rock Grill, it’s a favourite of ours, and we had an anniversary lunch yesterday and it’s as good as ever, quieter of course, but the billion dollar location is the best! We started with a glass...of Champagne ( our anniversary of course! )... beautifully Grilled Haloumi & perfect Salt & Pepper Calamari. The simple fish and chips are the best I’ve had. Give them a try!! My wife had the Garlic Prawns and washed down with a top NZ Sauvignon Blanc - Finished with a magnificent Citrus tart & Coffee... It’s top notch food, friendly unobtrusive staff... our server was an American ex pat from Mississippi, and we hope he doesn’t go back!!! Do yourself a favour. Try Sea Rock Grill ..you won’t be disappointed.More

My wife and I celebrated our 43 wedding anniversary with lunch at Searock Grill. They do something special to the Oysters Kilpatrick. Its still the traditional Kilpatrick but better. The steak was probably one of the best I have ever eaten, on a par with...the Fairmont in Toronto. Some times its just about getting the balance right. The Irish coffee was the best Ive had. The whole meal was great and we will be back.More

Had an excellent meal at Searock at Circular Quay for my wife's birthday. We had our 2 year old daughter with us on a windy and wet Saturday night and from the moment we arrived until we left we had excellent customer service. Staff were...genuinely friendly and helpful without being over the top. We shared the Searock Cold Platter for 2. All the seafood was super fresh - prawns and oysters a standout but it was all delicious. Hot tip is to not eat outside if you want to avoid seagulls. A bird snagged some of our prawns and when we let the staff member know they kindly topped us up with 3 more prawns. Our daughter kept entertained with the drawing in sheet. The friendly waitress at the end of our meal brought our daughter some ice cream in a piccolo glass which was a kind gesture. Great meal, great service.More

Fantastic in every way ! And what a great place for us to find during Covid. The location is overlooking the harbour and harbour bridge - so a great start. And the food matches it - stunning ! Our waitress was wonderful - friendly, attentive...and professional. For our mains we had the eye fillet steak 220g (pinnacle grass fed beef, Tassie) and the scotch fillet steak 250g (grain fed, Vic) - both were cooked perfectly as "medium" and we chose the bernaise sauce - which was the best we've had ever ! We shared some fries - hot, tasty and went beautifully with the steaks. Thanks to Eva for making our night special - you were wonderful.More

We shared a serve of super crunchy fries which were the perfect acoompaniement.More
