Bring a group of people and order several different dishes to share. The duck is a must! Dim sum was the best I've every had. Make sure you go for a walk to see both upstairs and down. Check out the kitchen and the 2 story wine storage area. Beautiful building

Tucked away in an Alley , this is a fresh, modern take on Chinese. We had a banquet for 6 which started with crunchy salads and seafood and moved to chicken and amazing pork. The seafood was exquisitely cooked and the salads creative and fresh. Great share dishes all around. Will definitely be back!

This place is always mobbed and they don't take bookings so we had to wait 1 hour 45min for a table for 4...the menu looked great and the place seemed to have a good buzz so we decided to wait. It was definitely worth it!! All the food was fab and the staff were very attentive....if I return to Sydney... More

This place is gorgeous, a stunning building (could do with some air con though). The food was absolutely delicious! We tried a huge array of items on the menu. My favourite dumpling was a wagyu beef and truffle fried dumpling, to die for! There was a really interesting tofu main that the staff said is like a spaghetti type staple... More

I have been meaning to go hear since I arrived in Sydney and now that I have I am wondering why I didn't sooner. The food was really really good with the highlight being the duck pancakes and sweet and sour pork (they are a must). Service was on point, not trying too hard. Look forward to returning.

My first meal in Sydney was at Mr Wong and what a meal it was. There are no reservations on a Saturday so we went early and boy was it worth it. I had the mud crab, the dimsum platter ( which was the chefs selection ) , the roast pork and the egg fried rice. Delicious flavours, well presented... More

This is a huge restaurant with a huge amount of character. I really loved the atmosphere and the building has been renovated to perfection. I'm not generally into restaurants that large as I often worry the service will let it down, but that wasn't the case. We had great service from both our service waitress and our sommelier. It's a... Great experience. Incredibly busy, but quick service despite the crowds. Excellent food. Not a cheap night out.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
