This is a small restaurant, but there’s sufficient space to breathe, the tables being nicely arranged. It actually cleared out quickly, I assume because the early guests left for shows – they did seem panicked. The restaurant was never packed and had a calm and...More

Went there for dinner on Saturday and chosed the 4 courses dinner and a very nice bottle of French wine for $100. I had the asparagus and quail for entrees both amazing dishes and lamb for main with a side of mash which I have...More

A very strong menu, so good you will need to go back for your second choice. The service is a whole level up, which is great when the whole plan comes together. I had the Wagu and the Duck I am looking forward to my...More

Amazing dinner and service at this restaurant. We had the 4 course option and the highlight were the oysters, the raw wyagu shoulder and the duck which was amazing. The service is also a highlight at this restaurant.

There are few pleasures to match a visit to this unpretentious diner. Second time and our yabbies with tamarind/cashew paste/pomelo and heart of palm, strike that note of satisfaction.. The femme picks the eyes out of a menu each time, tonight choosing baby veggies with...More

Our family dined here last night for my daughter's birthday. From the beginning everything was marvellous. The staff are discreet but attentive. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. There is an extensive wine list including imaginative cocktails. A lovely touch was the complimentary plate...More

The Bridge Room is one of Sydney's finest. From the moment you walk in the door the service is warm, friendly and professional. The food was exquisite, I had the scallop pudding, duck, black sesame dessert and cheese. Each dish was delicate, beautifully presented and...More

The Bridge Room has a casual relaxed atmosphere. Friendly attentive staff who have a great knowledge of the food on their menu. The menu is priced by how many courses you chose rather than individually for each entree, main or dessert. Good range of food...More

This restaurant had been recommended very highly, so expectations were up there. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious, small, pretty portions but just the right size for me. Everything was so tasty with the beef short rib a stand out. Service was exceptional....More

We were looking forward to trying the restaurant given its reputation. The food did not disappoint us. However, it felt noisy and crowded for a high end restaurant. Be careful when booking your table. We had a table close to the kitchen and it felt...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Maybe not near the door...but otherwise it's a fairly straightforward simple dining room.

Based on my experience, dinner 1 week ago, they are neither snobbish or uninterested. I would happily go there regularly.
