I took my young family here to have lunch with another young family. I booked ahead and made sure to note on the booking that we needed a high chair and room for a pram. We were seated at a table with no room for...either of those things and after waitresses had to squeeze past us, we were moved to another table. After hauling the kids to the next table, getting settled and having a look at the menus, we were informed that we would have to order the $60/person or we had to move outside to a third table. It was a stinking hot day but the price was far too high to agree to. Moving to a third table was a rigmarole. The kids were hot, tired and hungry, as were we. Not once during the booking process was I told about having to order the $60/person menu if I wanted to sit inside and I don’t think I would have booked there if I did know. To top it off, the food was average, drinks were expensive ($4 for a coke and it wasn’t even a full can, but a small glass about 150ml) and the staff called me to ask where I was for my booking half way through the meal. Will never visit again.More

Meat lovers With $59, you get to choose unlimited side dishes and enjoy endless Brazilian barbecue (churrascaria) meat. Served by rodírizo style, the waiters bring up the skewers and boards of meat, until you turn the signal to red, indicating you can no longer consume...more. The selection includes succulent beef, juicy pork belly, mouth-watering ribs, delicious chicken, lamb, and finishing off with squid, fish, and smokey prawns. Oh, did I forget to mention the grilled pineapple coated in sugar and cinnamon? It was warm, hearty, and cleanse your palate most amazingly. The service was top-notch. Excellent customer service.More

While the food was very delicious (tasty, tender, juicy), I found the service to be very mediocre. They didn’t explain that we needed to receive our complementary sides first before we could select our meats, and I still don’t know why this needs to be...the case. Food would just pass by us without explanation. They only explained it after waving them down three times, over 15 minutes! Additional sides took forever to arrive. Around 3-4 dishes never arrived even after several prompts and waiting over half an hour. We gave up in the end. You can make a ‘special request’ for specific dishes to come to your table if you haven’t seen them pass by, but there’s no point because they just pretend to put in the request and then ignore you. After several reminders of our ‘special request’, we finally got the “yeah it’s coming just wait like everyone else” response. Nice one. Oh but hey, if you want to order some alcoholic drinks that’s NOT included on the all-you-can-eat? Wow the service is so attentive! “What would you like to order?” Funny that! To top it off, we request a coffee at the end, and we get a slap of “um you have to clear the table in 5 minutes, theres a 2 hour dining limit”. Again not something that was explained to us at any point in time. Such a disappointment.More

The staff and the manager are very rude and they know nothing about customer service. I know you might wonder how come so many people are telling the opposite. The point is that in all restaurants staff are normally friendly, but poor customer service shows...itself when you complain about something. We were there on NYE and expected something special at such a special night as they promised and charged us 30$ pp more for this night, but shockingly they didn’t have dancers and even didn’t play a background music and they didn’t tell us about not having a dancer when booking. When we complained to the manager he said “you should have asked if we had a dancer or not and it is what it is. I don’t care if you are not happy because all other customers are happy and you can write reviews anywhere”. Everyone that knows a little bit about customer service knows that this is not the answer you give to a complaining customer ! But they do this rudely because they already know that their tables are always booked out. We were literally ripped off. If you are expecting respect and love, don’t ever think about going to this place.More

If you love meat then you will love this place. Non stop food until you bust. A little pricey but if you are a big eater then you will walk out happy and full.

We enjoyed our experience at Braza. The all you can eat meal was delicious with lots of variety. My favourite meat was the rump cap. Also the bbqed pineapple was amazing. A fun and tasty meal to definitely try sometime.

We had a table of 10 for an end of year Christmas lunch. The food was great, couldn't fault it. Drinks were slow but to be expected as it was pretty busy. We had asked if we could order more drinks and were waiting for...the waitress to tell us. A male member of staff came to our a table and pretty much yelled that we had to leave now, they need to clear the table. So rude and left us with a very bad impression.More

This is fun restaurant, we have been three times in the last few months. Most recently last weekend with our friends that were visiting from the Central Coast and are meat eaters. We love the style of providing service with the meat being brought to...your table and sliced for you to put on your plate. To have as many sides as you want is awesome, we love the polenta chips and the Chinese broccoli, our favorites. The service is good and the staff members are very friendly and accommodating and we would recommend always booking as they have two sessions. Try not to have everything as you need to save yourself for the ribs they are the best but not if you are too full.More

I was at the restaurant on Sunday 9/13 I arrived at 4:20 pm we were hungry with my boyfriend and we decided to wait drinking a wine until 5 pm for the restaurant to open, the girl from the bar told us it was not...very busy no we needed to have a reservation and we could sit anywhere, she was very nice, we sat outside at a table that we chose and a guy with glasses came and told us we couldn't sit there until the restaurant opened, he was dressed like paulo, what We went to the next tables being that there was no one. After that more people came, so I decided to go talk to Paul to make a reservation. At 5 in the afternoon the waiters start calling people who were sitting until there is no one left and no one ever calls us, I mentioned that to a waitress and she said that she was going to check it and she never did, I got very nervous. He came over to talk to paulo and he told me that there was a misunderstanding and they didn't take the reservation, so I couldn't have the table I had chosen and being the first to arrive I was the last to sit down, paulo was very kind and we had a waitress that unfortunately I did not ask her name, she gave a very good service. But the service in general is disastrous.More

There is a set price for all you can eat but it's also worth keeping an eye on Groupon as they sometimes have coupons for groups at a cheaper rate.
