Enjoyable atmosphere in a wonderful building but a relatively expensive menu with food that was enjoyable but probably forgettable by tomorrow.

A busy but captivating building holds the key. Its like sitting on a median strip, with traffic bustling past, so not ideal for lingering or conversation.
