Great food and the kids loved watching the noodles being made. Couldn't get much fresher than that. Hand made, into the boiling water and on to the plate! The duck salad was really good - but could have done with more duck. Lot of salad...More

The noodles are amazing, hand made and delicious. I ordered the dan dan noodles: spicy noodles in a rich sauce. I think this would be a better restaurant to dine in with a large group of people where you can order a few dishes to...More

The restaurant was very busy when we went and it was a bit chaotic with very poor coordination of people waiting for a table. We had a stroll to look for somewhere else but decided to come back. I'm glad we did. Once we got...More

Average Chinese food with a modern twist. Nothing special or different. Too busy and under staffed. Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, poor communication skills, they struggle to understand even basic requests. Dishes are big and generous but that's it, no flavours, too...More

Food was generally oily to start with. The fried vegetable noodle tasted decent but other dishes were either too stuffy or oily. Presentation of dishes was quite good but the quality was far from acceptable standard. It could be a convenient location but you should...More

Looked forward to eating here based on website, but unfortunately we found the food didn't look anything like the highly artistic photos on the menu or on the web page, & the service was near-non-existent (and when it came, after three attempts to give us...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Chefs Gallery is a Sydney Chinese dining experience like no other. Its exceptional menu presents masterpieces from all corners of China in a sumptuous kaleidoscopic explosion of fresh and exciting flavours, textures and aromas. At Chefs Gallery we embrace the Chinese cultural heritage of sharing meals - where dining is casual in its structure with no designated entrees or main courses. Instead, our Chapas (Chinese style tapas) offers an extensive range of creative dishes with a modern twist that are specially prepared in delicious small portions for sampling and sharing with family and friends. Among these are some traditional and familiar dishes that have also been given the Chefs Gallery Chapas treatment. The signature Chefs Gallery fresh, handmade noodles take centre stage behind the glass-walled kitchen. Patrons can watch the culinary theatre as balls of special noodle dough are transformed to form the finished twists of delicate noodles, in a blur of dexterous hand movements by the master noodle chef. From traditional noodles to new flavours like spinach and squid ink, these silken strands are all freshly prepared, being pulled, split and folded in minutes and cooked specifically to your order.
