Was attending a show at Roslyn Packer Theatre, and wanted a quick eat. Lots of busy restaurants around the area. And since dumplings would be quick, I chose here. Staff seemed to be quite aggressive in a friendly way. Dumplings were delicious, sat out outside....All in all, took about 20 minutes to finish.More

Perfectly situated for a meal before the theatre, this delightfully decorated restaurant was a nice change from the nearby Italian. The food was all well presented and very tasty, service wasn’t perfect but was prompt. The half duck for $36 was a bit much but...was tender and juicy. The veges and fried rice were very good but the dumplings were a tad stodgy. Overall, good food not five stars but close.More

Read TA reviews, and they seemed pretty good. So, we booked for 7:30 on a Saturday evening...well, the place only had 4 other customers - we should’ve taken the hint...but. So, we were shown to our table by a polite waiter. We ordered a couple...of glasses of wine, the san choi bau, the Singapore noodles...but the waiter told us that there was a $30pp minimum charge...what? So, again, not taking the hint and leaving, we ordered vegetarian spring rolls. The food was generally good, except that the Singapore noodles were a tad too salty, and the spring rolls were slightly doughy and needed more filling. All in all, it was bad at all, but we can’t really recommend this place.More

Never again. We ordered their Kung pao chicken and it had a cockroach in it. Complained to the manager and they didn’t seem to care about it. What the heck?!More

Hi Andrew, we appreciate the feedback but you might have us confused with another restaurant! We don't serve Kung Pao Chicken on our menu and not sure any of our customers have had such an experience. We're proud to stand behind our 4/5 star food...More

Great little restaurant right near The Roslyn Packer Theatre. Great service and the dim sum and dumplings were very good. The crab and shrimp spring rolls were delicious...light and melting wrapper that dissolved. The spring onion pancake also very good. Loved the wasabi wagyu and...broccoli and the broccoli in XO sauce was also delicious. The only disappointment was the seafood noodles....too much overly chewy calamari. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be back.More
