Had the set menu of 7 courses and food was outstanding as was a true taste sensation. Tastes were challenging but worth the journey. Great ambience and service standard very high. Only downside was that some of the wine is outrageously priced. Expansive menu.

WATER – we were automatically given a bottle of water which we assumed was free table water – only to be charged $9.50 for it at the end of the meal. If you want free water you have to speak up apparently, or they give...More

The food here is spectacular! We ordered a larger number of appetisers to share so we could try more dishes. Wash was better than the last! This was capped off with a dragon egg for dessert which was both theatrical and delicious. I also recommend...More

Really cool Japanese restaurant. Great food and great service. It does have a particular 'vibe' though which I really liked but I can see that it might not suit some people i.e. the music is loud and lively and a lot of the seating is...More

Being local I have tried all the best restaurants Sydney has to offer. This is by far the best Japanese you'll eat. Way better than Nobu I tried in Dubai. We love coming here and will definitely be back for more soon

After having had a fabulous experience at Sake in November, my wife and I were somewhat hesitant to try Sake a second time and perhaps tarnish what had been a magical memory. We booked in anyway (even on a Monday night when most restaurants are...More

Loved the dishes that were served, great dining experience though the meals are supposed to be shared the portions are extremely small so you end up ordering more and increasing your cost of dining out
