The odd splash of brilliance appeared here and there, a parcel or two bursting with unexpected flavours and textures in the amuse bouche, the tiny beef fillets in a phaux-marmite sauce were really something. But we expected so much more and for us the white...More

A friend said Sepia is moving to Melbourne so asked if I wanted to go visit before they move. I didn’t give it much thought and agreed. When it comes to food I don’t have much of a budget, but ultimately my preference is excellent...More

Dining at Sepia is a fabulous experience. The food is delicious - every morsel beautifully prepared and a delight for the senses - taste, smell and sight. We opted for the reduced tasting menu which was a perfect amount of food for us - we...More

We had a sensational meal at Sepia. Had the nine course degustation menu and every course was amazing. This is excellent cooking. Service was good - friendly and professional. Apparently the restaurant is closing at the end of the year and relocating to Melbourne (lucky...More

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Sepia, a restaurant which I'd been wanting to try for some time. From the moment we entered the restaurant, I sensed it was going to be an experience to remember. And it was. Some Japanese influence was...More

We were delightfully surprised. Love the seafood dishes creatively composed and cooked to near perfection. The desserts should be immortalised in a pastry shop for all to enjoy. The explosion of taste when we took our best bite of the crispy biscuit like casing and...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

I wouldn't say this place is kid friendly. There are no high chairs and the food is catered for an adult. Plus it would ruin the experience for someone who wants to enjoy their luxurious dinner.
