We go to this place for 1 meal everytime we come to Sydney and have been visiting for about 10 years. It's great. Best dish is slow cooked lamb shoulder and I'm told and believe recipe has not changed for 30 years, and why would...you. Dips, breads, cheeses and other mains all fantastic. Have never had room for desert unfortunately.More

We dined here for our anniversary. I think it was the owner who greeted and seated us. All staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, I could have eaten 10 plates of the octopus entree. The lamb shoulder was very tender and...flavourful and the lemon potatoes brought me back to my childhood. The restaurant had a nice yet casual feel which I like. We will definitely be back.More

Bad food, worse bathroom... As a Greek I was offended by the standard of the food. The domades and the gigantes were tinned. The calamari was badly cooked and we sent it back. The tzatziki had no garlic or flavour and the portions in the...mezze plate tiny. Not that it mattered because it was awful. To top it off I don’t think the bathroom had ever been cleaned. Please don’t imagine this is food that any self respecting Greek would serve!More

We are actually quite bewildered by this review, the meze plate for 2 people which includes HOMEMADE tzatziki, taramosalata, 4 dolmades. 4 pcs haloumi, 4 sausages, house made lima beans and pita bread (i do not know how you can say this is tiny) for...More

We were staying in Sydney and were at a loss for eating dinner, our daughter suggested Medusa and we are so glad she did, the entree and main meals were both standouts, the atmosphere a little quiet for a Greek restaurant due to restricted numbers...but our waiters Spyros and Michael certainly made it up, both knowledgeable and entertaining made this a night to remember, we will certainly return and recommend a visit here.More

I usually cannot speak higher of this place. After coming back to visit Medusa with the new normal life the good did not disappoint - lamb as delicious as always and bbq octopus on point. What was disappointing was the lack of covid safety. We...visited on a Saturday evening and you expect it to be busy but still adhering to the new rules. We were almost touching the people next to us (definitely not 1.5m apart) with what I am sure was well over 50 people in the restaurant. In this day and age i felt unsafe and find this unacceptable , my concerns were met with empty an empty gaze.More

Delicious Greek food in Sydney CBD. The restaurant has been open for a few weeks now and diners should rush back as they have a great offering. Food was excellent. We had lamb shoulder which is naturally gluten free, chicken and prawn dishes. My son...loved the flat bread! Service was fast and friendly. We chatted to the owner on the way out and he was fantastic, sitting out the front with a heater on so diners knew they were open again. A genuinely beautifully run restaurant that deserves support from locals and any tourists starting to visit Sydney again.More

Certainly not a speciality but then as the previous comment says that's just not a Greek speciality. This is traditional Greek and man it is good. I'm sure the lads would accommodate a request though
