Ordered a birthday cheesecake for daughter in Sydney. Absolutely thrilled with quality and service. Many personal messages to make sure she got her treat. She was very pleased and so was I.love the cheesecake and the company. Thank you Uncle Tetsu 😊

I bought the matcha cheesecake yesterday along with an original, as well as a box of tarts to bring back to my family in Canberra. When I arrived and opened the box, I was very disappointed to find that the matcha cheesecake was overcooked and...dried up with a darkened top and had a dried and burnt aftertaste. I’m surprised this passed quality control and was sold to customers. I’m usually a huge fan of uncle tetsu and a regular and so was greatly disappointed with this experience :(More

Interesting cheesecake, really light and fluffy, so it's more like sponge with the barest hint of cheese. It's alright but I don't think the price compares well to a good rich cheesesteak of the same size.

As I am writing this review, I am sitting on a train on my way to Uncle Tetsu's. I usually do this when I have done something to piss off my wife. An original cheesecake goes a long way towards me avoiding the couch. But...only on the condition that wifey gets to have the whole cheesecake, which isn't hard to finish as it's light and super delicious. The cheese tarts are to die for as well so that's my poison.More

This venue sells lovely baked cheesecake. The texture is soft and fluffy and makes a light dessert or tea time snack. The staff are very efficient and the packaging is excellent for takeaway.

The Japanese cheese tarts were very yummy. I got all 3 flavours - original (yellowish), matcha (green) and taro (purple). The purple and the green were my favourite. Definitely worth trying.

In need of a treat whilst walking around downtown Sydney? Uncle Tetsu's has what you need! Pleasant friendly staff and reasonable prices. A small piece of Japanese cheesecake, some whipped cream all wrapped in a crepe...recipe for deliciousness! 5/5 After perusing their menu, they had...many other items we wanted to try so will have to pop back in tomorrow and try the Japanese cheesecake and pudding. Uncle Tetsu, where have you been my whole life?!?More
