On our most recent visit we took friends who are vegetarians and this proved the ideal restaurant to satisfy their vegetarian requirements and our taste for non-vegetarian food. All of the food is fresh and full of flavour and the service is friendly. The entire...dining experience was delightfully exotic and we all enjoyed it very much. We loved the Beyenet for Two (Regular) while our friends chose the Beyenet for Two (Vegetarian). These were presented on large round platters with a base of injera and six different options to share. It was very satisfying and we were pleased not to have indulged in entrees or desserts. We also opted to bring our own wine and pay the $2 each in corkage, though they appeared to have a good selection of wines and beer.More

This was a very good experience. The food is spicy and very tasty. We had the banquet for two (meat). It came on a soft flat bread a bit like a crepe that you scoop up the different curries. Each curry was distinctly different. We...liked the chicken and the pumpkin ones the best. Overall it was very tasty.More

Totally deserving of the number 1 spot here. We were blown away by the flavours and the customer service too. If you cant handle spice feel free to ask what curry works best

I haven’t eaten at Mana Chita since it moved to its current location. The food is fabulous - really authentic and full of flavour. A meal here when in Coffs Harbour is a must.

Our first time eating Ethiopian. We dined recently when holidaying in Coffs after searching TripAdvisor for vegan restaurant options. We ordered a couple of different starters as well as the mixed curry platter for two and some side dishes upon recommendation from the staff. We...were so impressed with the delicious food. It was abundant and full of flavour! They also had a large selection of vegan wines to choose from as well as a large selection of vegan dishes. We will be back next time we’re in Coffs. Thank you for having us!More

We had the combination triangles for our entrees. The flavours were so different from the usual Thai or Indian and totally delicious. I ordered the lamb with Ethiopian cheese for a main and my friend ordered the stir-fried chicken. We shared our mains and both...offered amazing flavours but still quite different from each other. I could eat this food every day, it was THAT GOOD! Delicious flavours, cooked to perfection and the one and two chilli ratings are not too hot, not sure about the hotter dishes. So much flavour <3 <3 <3 Staff are very attentive too. Such a nice change. See you again soon!More

Last night we had dinner at Mana Chita. What a fabulous dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing. Just SO delicious. We started with the spinach and cheese Fetera with hot chilli sauce and yoghurt. Then on to mains..... last night we opted for the...selection of six vegetarian curries on injera (the Ethiopian bread). Such flavoursome, sensational food. Can’t wait to go back and taste the range of curries on offer.More

Hi Klarissa, Yes all of our mains are gluten free if you have them with rice, and for a starter option you can have the pumpkin and rice balls. The sauces are gluten free and there are two gluten free desert options.
