We went for the 3 course lunch and the food was incredible. We especially appreciated all the little extras like the sorbet palette cleanser between the courses. Rashim was so attentive and anticipated all our needs. The location and view are unparalleled.

It is the best fine dining I have so far, 3courses actually with 2 extra course( one entry one sober ice cream), both are chef recommended, every taste is so fresh, every dish is an epic, the chef is very smart in using combination of...ingredients. Not sure why people are raving about this place. Yes, food was fantastic but service was not up to 5 star standard. We were greeted after arriving on a windy, blustering winter day and taken to the table without an offer to take our coats...which had to hang on the chairs draping on the floor. We were then left there with no water or offer of drinks - we had to beckon someone to take a drink order! My husband’s plate was removed from the table while I was still eating; one of the wait staff came to the table with hairs hanging from her sleeves; and with only two choices of dessert on the menu we decided to try one of each and they arrived to the table both the same - not a hard order to mix up. Upon leaving we were encouraged several times to leave a review. Really sub standard service.More

My husband and ilive rural and he took me to have my birthday lunch in a dome omg I was blown away by the beautiful food and the service thee surroundings just gorgeous.

The food at this restaurant is not only fantastic but the size of the meals are amazing for the price. I had the spatchcock for entree and the Duck breast for main and all I can say is wow. The flavours were beautiful. My wife...had the Buffalo curd with beetroot and the Fillet Steak. She said the Steak was one of the best she had ever had. The sweets and Wine were also great. Wonderful night out! Rashim, our waitress was amazing. So attentive and just a joy. Our food was divine and wines were perfectly matched. The whole evening was topped by a beautiful birthday treat for my husband, a lovely candle lit dessert.

Ate dinner here twice while in Aruba . Easy to walk to from where we were staying. Nightly entertainment is a definite plus. Food was very good. Service was great our first visit, but a little spotty on our second visit- I still recommend this...restaurant, and will definitely return.More

I recently had to organize a special dinner for a number of high profile colleagues and associates. The team at Water's Edge Canberra were exceptionally helpful. They came back with good easy option for the menu and timing of the event and we were given...exclusive access for the evening. Every requirement in terms of seating and dietary needs were met perfectly. The food was great, it was a late dinner and though it was just two courses, it was well within our budget and great quality paired with good house wines. The service was friendly and professional and the staff were very accommodating to all our needs. I would certainly go again and perhaps even hold a similar event there. It is easily accessible by car with good parking close by.More

We decided to come here for a special occasion and were not disappointed. The service, food and ambience was sensational. We changed our reservation last minute by an hour and the team just made it work. The table service was fantastic and respectful. Rashim, our...waitress, was simply the best, she knew the menu, the choices and wines. The bar staff made any cocktail we wanted, even though it was not on the menu. Each of the courses were well presented, exceptional taste and worked together wonderfully. This isnnot the cheapest restaurant but the quality and service is second to none. No wonder it has 12 chefs hats.More

Wonderful service as always, especially from Rashim, who was friendly, attentive and accommodating to our needs. Food was of a high quality, nicely paired with delicious wines. Atmosphere and views of the lake, just stunning. Still remains one of my favourite restaurants in Canberra.
