Walked in off the street and ordered. It was not busy apart from a few people ordering breakfast. I got number 11 and waited. And waited. There was no table service. It arrived and tasted good.

I got a vanilla latte. It was great, not too sweet. But the best thing was the man doing the milk for coffee and serving treated me like a person not a customer. Which for a coffee shop is really rare. Also good placement of...coffee lid writting, so it dosnt rub off on my nose.More
Excellent spot for a coffee, snack or quick lunch. Highlight was my chorizo wrap which was delicious and just the right size for die for lunch
Came in with a friend just passing by and absolutely loved the coffee - both soy and full cream options were to perfection (and we are concerningly regular coffee drinkers). Staff were friendly and approachable. We will be back!
I visit Coffee Cafe regularly and always find the service and food wonderful. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The cafe is always clean with a lovely selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch options. Fast and friendly service makes this my favourite cafe in...Phillip.More
Fast and friendly service, great food ready to serve, and very quick. Comfy seating and plenty of parking out front
What a little gem of a cafe, great coffee, great vibe, awesome raisin toast and lovely team members.
Coffee Cafe looks like a hole in the wall coffee shop from the outside but is a comfortable sit-down cafe when you go inside. The coffee is great, the food is good and the service is friendly. It was recommended by a friend and I’m...glad they did. The omelette was very good.More
Consistently great coffee - I’m a fan of the filter of the day; any of the milk blends are all great too. Breakfast has a limited range of simple and delicious food. My favourite is their breakfast ‘milk bun’ with bacon, tomato and smashed avocado...... it’s 5/5 every time. This reinforces the point that sometimes having limited offerings and doing each superbly is a winning formula. Certainly has me driving from the inner south to this place on a reasonably regular basis.More
Beans imported, roasted, in big tins from Italy doesn't work in theory, does it? But in practice - if you like a smooth dark roast with plenty of caffeine - this is an excellent option. No baristaristic bullshizzle, no hipsterical superior attititude: good coffee, great...service.More

My Husband and I called into La Va Espresso Cafe at 38 Townsend Street Phillip today for a coffee and pastry after I had had toe surgery. It is a small cafe, modern in furniture, and the young men behind the counter were very welcoming...and friendly. We ordered two skinny flat white coffees plus two pastries one a cinnamon and the other was a fruit pastry - both delicious costing$6.00 each. The coffee cost $4.00 each making a total cost of $20.00. This cafe is open Monday to Saturday from 7am - 4pm and is closed on Sunday's. I looked at the menu which covers breakfast, morning teas , lunches and there was a great choice to choose from, at reasonable prices. The coffee was just so smooth and was complemented having the pastries. This is certainly a great find and we will be back for more - well done!More
Air conditioned, deliciously smooth coffee, quiet location with comfy seating. Modern menu and a cabinet full of delicious treats to spoil yourself.
