Great Thai dishes, rich with Thai flavours. Very pleasant surroundings on the Kingston foreshore. Friendly, attentive service.

Our friends remembered Morks from way back and wanted to see if it was still as good as it used to be . Well it was! We had as an entree angel prawns what a treat! They came very quickly in a cute plate each prawn being covered by a little terracotta lid. Everything we had was flavoursome. Service was... More

We ordered the deluxe menu which are dishes chosen by the restaurant that they think they do best and it truly did not disappoint. The wine selection was also impressive wide range of local wineries, our waiter was very knowledgeable and was eager to share his experience. Going to Canberra then you must try Morks the walkway was lovely too

This was an amazing food experience. If you like chairman yip, this is for you. Really unusual and unexpected dishes but something you won't forget. Top picks are the pork chop and the lamb massaman. Do it.

Dined here with family. Atmosphere and ambience were very good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Flavours of the food were amazing Prices were a bit steep but it's not uncommon around the foreshore. I guess you get what you pay for sometimes. Will return fore shore.

my family dined at Morks Thai last friday night, well i must say there were numerous OMG moments. Often when you go out for dinner you say "yeah good enough or so so", but these dishes were interesting, satisfying and exquisite... we smashed the menu! will go again when next in canberra, highly recommended.

We had booked a final dinner after a trip away from NZ attending a wedding in Canberra. The food looked great (as we love Thai food) and the menu screamed of modern fusion. The waiter fussed around putting plates down and then taking some away, messing about with wine glasses, etc. It was painful to watch and impacted on our... More

Two of us walking past on a Sunday lunchtime decided to try Morks. Nice looking restaurant with a nice outlook onto the lake foreshores and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Lunch menu was rather minimal, not much choice. After asking if there was more, suggestion to have Lamb curry leftover. Ok, no problem, we will try that. Shredded,... More

The food was amazing, lovely service but where was the food. Oh my...we almost had to stop at our local Thai for a top up. Come on guys, you need to give a little better value. We didn't expect cheap eats but for the price charged this was under par. It was a shame because the food really was great,... More

Attentive staff and yummy food. The food was great but on a Saturday night it was sooooooo noisy inside! My friend and I could hardly hear each other. I have been to Morks once before but was sat outside which was lovely. I would definitely go again but request an outside table. My friend paid the bill so I'm unsure... More
