Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's relatively cheap and has fun decor. But the food was not that good. Everything was old and stale. We had pelmeni, some traditional pickles and soup. Also the portions are very small.

Good option for dinner in Sheregesh. Food is fairly typical Russian cuisine. Dining is uncomplicated, the prices are reasonable and the decor is a welcome relief to the artificial forest theme that a lot of restaurants in Sheregesh have adopted.
You eat in one of 2 interconnected yurts (Mongolian tents). Both have a stove in the center for heating so you can sit close or further from the heat source depending on how many layers you have on. It’s a small thing but useful in a Siberian winter and indicative of how elegantly functional a yurt is.
I had the plov & pelmeshki the servings were fairly small. As mentioned, prices are reasonable but so are most of the restaurants in Sheregesh. I’d come back mainly for the setting & music

Great food for acceptable price. There are local specialties. For dinner, you can not always get there - little space. So come in advance.
