Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful place to sit back and relax and while away while you enjoy the treats from this wonderful kitchen. Tea of coffee and scones banana bread so delicious. The staff were cooking pie filling of chicken and leek for the following day, it was an...aroma to savour. The staff are lovely and the outlook over the farm animals and landscape just such a treat in todays busy world. Take time out for yourself and enjoy this friendly establishment. The store attached has really nice gifts to take home for family and friends. Hope to visit again someday.More

I feel terrible writing this review, but the wife and I were so looking forward to having a great fresh scone which we read about on TripAdvisor as well as on the pamphlet we got at the Margret River info centre. Obviously everyone has different...expectations and tastes, but it was so disappointing when we were given our cheese scones. It was an under baked scone that tasted like it had been frozen and then reheated in the microwave. It was rubbery and tasted terrible. Once again, apologies for the poor review, but it was well below expectation.More

I visited this lovely shop yesterday and was assisted in selecting some Christmas decorations for our business by Dawn. She was very helpful , always keeping in mind my budget, the area I was trying to decorate and came up with some very professional advice...with a beautiful attitude. Thank you Dawn, your advice was spot on. The coffee lady was efficient and provided a service with a smile too. Definitely recommend this place highly.More

Fabulous flowers - I went mad! Bought beautiful peonies and flowers to make a cottage wreath. The cafe is very cute - and the scones are to die for - especially the cheese scones. Lots of other yummy homemade things on the menu. Sit in...a sunny area and watch the sheep gamble about. Baby animals for children to visit too.More

Visited after being recommended by both family and friends, and we greatly enjoyed our lunch and popping past to visit the chooks, guinea pigs and aquaponic fish with our children. The gift shop is lovely and had a huge range of items and I particularly...liked the Tibetan range which was also very reasonably priced. Dawn was friendly and informative. Well worth popping past for coffee, scones and a gift shop browse.More

This place is about a 25 minute drive from Busselton CBD and it is well worth the visit as it is actually a farm with pigs and goats and guinea pigs. We have stopped a few times on a bike ride too but if you...go by car you will be tempted to buy from the fantastic gift shop because it is stocked with the finest faux flower collection we have ever seen and also jig saw puzzles and we bought two as we went again during the Virus lock down period but there was not a problem with distance etc.More
