This is a lovely village pub with friendly staff and perfect food. The Sunday roast and dessert menu were brilliant and the drinks tasted great. All food and drinks were reasonably priced. Highly recommend anyone considering this lovely pub.

Culinary highlight of our couple of days in South Wales in this rustic old pub, spoiled for choice and so often happens found ourselves sharing each others dishes. Nice ambience and warm welcome from all the staff.

You can, it is a couple of miles though and all up hill, it’s not very well lit road either. You could walk home early afternoon but wouldn’t recommend walking at night
