Visited here for my friend's bridal shower. It was a group of six persons. We ordered drinks and platters to share. The food was average. I did not have any alcoholic drinks but what I did have was good. The other ladies in the group...More

I've been here a few times and the service is always hit or miss (mostly miss). Most times my husband and I just pop in for a quick drink because it's the closest place at the time. The last time we were there, the place...More

The quality of Bootleggers has dropped significantly. The initial time I dined there (2 yrs ago) was amazing (4 out of 5). Recently I dined there with three other colleagues and we were all dissatisfied. Firstly, we made reservations and upon reaching the restaurant, it...More

The restaurant lighting is poor. Service was very very slow and unprofessional. Food was disapointing and very blah. Cannot recommend. It is a pity that they are not up to standard here because they do have a great location.

Bootleggers is located at Trincity Mall. It is a Sports Bar /restaurant where some of the most delicious meals could be had. Their Steak and ribs meals are fingerlicking, Talk about the drinks the bar men will make anything you drink, Most pleasant staff. I

This is directed to Reviewer Tough M: So because the customer service was bad, you are coming on a public platform crying racism?? The customer service in Trinidad & Tobago is not up to par with America's, trust me on that fact. I was raised in the US and KNOW THIS TOO BE TRUE. But, please don't come and tell foreigners they aren't accepted in our country when Trinidadians treat foreigners of ALL "COLOURS" very well. As a matter of fact, T&T citizens are known for looking down on darker people. Not proud of that... If you were actually a resident, you'd know these things but you're not. Therefore, what you wrote is completely out of line to put false blame on your poor customer service as a "racist" action. You seem to want to avoid foreigners from visiting our country. That is evil of you to try and take bread out of the mouths of other businesses etc due to your experience at ONE restaurant. I have many white friends who came to Trinidad and are happy to come back. Unless you have SOLID FACTS & ACTIONS to back up your claim of experiencing racism as a foreigner, don't come on Trip Advisor to LIE to people. It makes you look very stupid. Considering you are claiming the employees were prejudice based on your ASSUMPTIONS not their words or actions. You didn't get served because they need to teach their employees timeliness and customer relations. They are careless with ALL customers, not just you. The Caribbean as a whole are known for being laid back and taking their time,. Nobody told you this?? Self entitlement and poor victim mentality is a sad thing. Don't bring that into my country. One last thing: If they're so prejudice to foreigners, how come they hired a Spanish-only speaking hostess? You think we can go to South America etc and get a job like that without knowing Espanol? Lady, think twice before you speak, ok. What you did is very WRONG. Speak about the lack of customer service, don't make false accusations about an entire country regarding their views on foreigners. That is what we Trinis call "making confusion" or bacchanal. Stop it.

At the back of TCM, same entrance to go to Pennywise. There's one recently opened on Ramsaran St., Chaguanas as well.
