Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Dropped in. Food was awesome and very reasonable price. Milkshakes were too die for. The ladies were lovely and the service was really quick. Definitely worth calling in, the gift ware was lovely and the little game on the table was a great touch.

Stopped here in January 2022 during Covid restrictions. Maggie’s was the only cafe in town open. Grabbed coffee and cake - both really good and the service was excellent. Returned twice in a row in April. Coffee and cake on the first day were delicious,...ploughmans sandwich and milkshakes even better. Customer service has been of a high standard each time and the food and drinks are awesome value for money. Definitely recommend on a visit to the lovely and friendly town of Orooroo!More

What a lovely quaint place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The staff are super happy, the coffee is good, the food was tasty and it was all reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if you are staying or passing through.

We were on the road driving home from the Flinders & in need of a take away coffee. Not sure what would be open on a Sunday morning, especially at a time when many small businesses have been COVID effected, but we came across Maggies....Pity we were on a tight time line because the shop had so much atmosphere and the food we saw coming out of the kitchen looked lovely. Anyway, our coffees were great & the staff were friendly. Will definitely seek this place out when up that way again.More

We stopped in for lunch last week and shared a lovely flatbread, spinach and roast pumpkin dish then shared a delicious quandong pie washed down with excellent coffee. The cafe is quirky, the service is great, the food is excellent and the coffee is perfect....Did I mention that the prices are reasonable as well? Orroroo provides an excellent free camp just out of town so supporting this outstanding cafe and town is a great idea.More

On holiday from UK, we stopped here for coffee in February on our way to Hawker. Unknown to me until we got to the petrol station at Hawker, I had left my rucksack with IPad, Passport and wallet in Ororoo! My husband phoned Maggie’s and...to our delight she has found the rucksack and already phoned police at Hawker and petrol station to let them know it was safely in her hands! Just amazing and I was so grateful. We picked it up next day on our way back down. So, not only do they supply delicious coffee and sandwiches, but such a caring attitude. Second to none, thankyou!More

In Orroroo (not from the cookies) this little cafe and shop has excellent coffee. The shop is loaded with all types of little gifts, many in the colour pink or rose. The public toilet is just across the road, very clean and with Mozart music...playing.More

We stopped for a stretch and a coffee and ended up ordering the quandong pie and buying a gift for my sister. The coffee was very good, the service excellent and the pie was absolutely delicious. All made on premises, including the ice-cream! What a...great place to stop. We had an unusual game of naughts and crosses, but with black and white sheep, on our table. There were others - with caravans and cars, bees and beehives. Most were for sale, too. The shop is full of funky gift ideas.More

Finally got to dine here today after hearing about the food in this cafe'. We were not disappointed. Pumpkin, Bacon, Spinach, Feta and Cheddar on a flat bread - yum yum and eleven out of ten. The coffee is also good quality in a mug...(you get two shots). Friendly and fast service although they are not open on Mondays.More
