We had a delicious lunch at the Village Cafe in Whiteman Park. Food was fresh, delicious and great value for money, and there was a great selection of food on the menu and specials board including vegetarian and kids menu. Service was friendly and quick....We'll definitely be back.More

Arrived at the Park approx. 12.30pm and decided to have a coffee before heading to the motor museum and elsewhere. Requested that the coffee be 'extra hot' when ordering. The request was either ignored at the till or by the person preparing the coffee and...we were served tepid, at best. Drinkable but disappointing.More

I ordered 3 drinks & 2 food items of which were already pre made and it took a whopping 21 minutes for us to receive the order. The chai latte was weak and needed flavour, the milkshake that was meant to be strawberry was nothing...but sweet milk & the muffin ordered was not pleasant either. For $32 it was not work the wait or money. The staff are all young people who stand around doing nothing and the young bloke just stood staring into space at the front counter. Just not a good look for a tourist place.More

For a cafe/restaurant in a touristy place... I was Pleasantly surprised! Standard cheap options for children. Plus some nice food (some healthy) for adults. Beer and wine is also sold. I had the “harvest bowl” and it was very nice and not over priced at...$18. The staff were friendly.More

The cafe services are good for lunch or a break. Reasonable variety. Do not expect a lot. But affordable & enough to pull through the day

What a really charming place to spend a few hours checking out the magnificent motor museum, the well-maintained picnic areas, the wonderful Caversham Wildlife Park, take a ride on the train, or drive around the beautiful property and see the kangaroos. And then you want...a bite to eat and a drink.......what a disappointment! Our coffee was so weak, we couldn't drink it. The "Barra burger" took almost an hour to come because it was forgotten after we got the coffee.......I hate bland expensive junk food at the best of times, but this was really disgusting, to say the least! You guys are going to kill the tourist industry single-handedly if you don't shape up. How hard can it be?More

We ate lunch here whilst visiting Whiteman Park. The food was fairly standard cafe fare, nothing particularly wrong with it. But the waiting time for the food was long - since it was a busy Sunday with decent weather. Probably off-peak the waiting isn't so...bad.More

Some simple food offered in this cafe. The staff at the ordering is quite nice however when the food is ready to collect, nobody was there in the counter (the other side). They just put the food there for your own collection (assume you know...what you have ordered). The soup of the day is quite nice. The fish burger is not very appealing, given the buns is toasted but totally cold, suspect they toasted the bread long time ago and just leave in the kitchen. The fish fillet is a bit darker color in the batter, a bit over-cooked inside also. Will prefer to bring our own picnic or BBQ next time.More

the Village cafe was quite reasonable for a cafe in a park. the prices were reasonable and the service was quick. The Gluten/dairy free nacho was good

Expensive cafe but aren't they all when you have a captured audience. Not very clean tables, there were staff around but to busy talking to each other, not clearing dirty pots on the tables away, we did that. If it wasn't for the children we...wouldn't have eaten there. We had to try 3 different toilets to find a baby change facility . They had to open one up for us, that's not great, as there were plenty of baby's around in prams.More
