The mains were a work of art, probably the most fancy meal I’ve eaten! Pork belly delicious, salmon cooked to perfection and holy moley do not leave without trying the rocky road for dessert. Congrats chef for being so creative and still delivering on flavour.

Incredible!! Was treated to an absolutely fantastic dining experience on the sunny deck overlooking the quaint vineyard. The whole experience was 10/10, awesome food and wine with good service in a lovely setting. We ate the 24hr slow cooked lamb shoulder which was a melt...in your mouth dream, followed by the roast pork belly which was perfectly tender with a crispy caramelised skin on the top. These dishes were both accompanied by some fresh little garnishes, and house made creams and sauces that killed it! Dessert was a pinot flavoured cream with a gorgeous chocolate mousse, coated in edible gold dust…. Divine. SEE PICS BELOW Finished off with some cheese while the whole meal was accompanied by the locally brewed apple cider to cool off with, and the 2019 Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Reserve to really quench our thirst. Bruny Island Premium Wines is an incredible, honest and rustic winery which is a MUST VISIT for the Island. It is nothing but DELICIOUS food, FANTASTIC wine and an overall unmissable and unforgettable dining experience. Keen to come back soon!!More

WOW! I don’t usually go online to write reviews but that experience and beautiful food matched with excellent service made this a dining experience I will NEVER forget!!! Today was the first day of the new menu being launched which was flawless - and I...don’t say that lightly. The lamb shoulder which included impeccable small bits of bacon made my mouth melt. The pork belly was also the best I’ve ever had in my life. If you are in Bruny island you simply cannot pass on visiting the lovely Bruny island Premium winery. See photos below!More

We had lunch for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The lamb tacos were amazing and a good size. The Sav Blanc was spot on (my wife's words, I don't drink wine) and the Bruny Island Farm Ale is awesome. The highlight was probably dessert. My wife...isn't usually a Rocky Road fan, but the Decontructed Rocky Road was the best dessert she has ever had.More

A lovely winery set in beautiful South Bruny, with friendly, attentive and professional staff. We enjoyed the wine tasting and purchased our favourites. At night we returned for a delicious Farmers Menu, fine dining, degustation experience. We tasted silky champagne sorbet, sea water foam oysters,...sensational crusted miso Atlantic Salmon and melt in the mouth steak, with duck fat potatoes. This was followed by a tasty Tassie cheese board and a delicious lavender infused creme brulee. Congratulations to Chef Josh Tirant and his team for an excellent evening.More

We had the sharing platter and the garden platter, with the Cab Merlot - all very nice, lovely setting, clean toilets, friendly service.

We arrived later in the day (open til 3pm). Wish we had arrived earlier for lunch as the menu looked amazing. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Good ambiance. Overall our experience of the Island has been disappointing, overpriced and overrated, I nearly gave up finding...somewhere half way decent to visit. However the visit to Premium wines was well worth the stop.More

This one is a gem. It’s unassuming, laid back and understated but it delivers on the promise of great food and beverages. Our baked brie and cherry chutney board was delicious. Plus the beef burger hit the mark. Well cooked, well presented and great service...made this a nice experience for our first time on the island. Their wine and blackberry cider were excellent as well.More

I was visiting in July 2019 and again in December 2020. They were open both times. Meals are large and delicious. In July, the large roaring fire was wonderful. Clean restrooms. Wines majority white, which I was... More
