Found on the phone by chance after property viewing, we were immediately impressed by the helpfulness of the proprietor who extracted himself from gardening and moved his own vehicle so that my not very mobile husband could park near the entrance. Not only but also,...More

I was intrigued by the Moody Cow after reading their website because there were no menus to been seen, this left me guessing as to what food was available and I like a surprise. There were 3 of us for Saturday lunch after a tour...More

We found ourselves passing by and called in for lunch. Nice location with plenty of outdoor seating. Interesting, varied menu. First impression is that it is a little on the pricey side, with a main sized portion of fish and chips at around £16 and...More

We booked lunch here on our way to a concert at Eastnor Castle. Although I booked for 1pm we arrived early and we were very impressed with the friendly obliging couple and all their staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the 'light' version of the fish and...More

Celebrating a 50th birthday and staying close by we booked this 'village' pub & restaurant. Really surprised how wonderful it was. Exceptional service & probably one of the best meals I've had - every course was excellent.

Visiting for a late, light lunch we were told not to use the menu as much was sold out. We first spoke to a lady, clearly the inspiration behind the venue's name. She passed us on to a far more friendly and helpful gentleman. We...More

Not at all Moody! The 'cow has been recommended in passing by various locals 'in the know' and did not disappoint. We struggled to choose from a thankfully focused menu where mains, starters and desserts all impressed. Don't pass by by without stopping, you'll miss...More

We welcome dogs in the bar, and of course outside if the weather is fine, we have fresh water and treats too, but do let us know if you are coming so that we can reserve a suitable table for you
