This is a casual, relatively inexpensive restaurant. The quality of the food could be improved, even if they have to charge a little more.

The Pub/ Grill has a great ambiance, woodsy, warm, pleasant wait staff. Fun gathering place for locals and travelers, we happened to be there when the local book group met, and another night when karaoke braves took the stage. In the convenient grocery store most items don't have prices on them. If you're there, and you need something, you'll buy... More

We spent a couple of evenings here watching the last two games of the 2016 World Series. Service was friendly, and one of the nights there was a $2 beer special on cans of macro brews like Bud and Pabst. Place is well set up for watching a ball game. A deli and small store are next door in case... More

We enjoyed our short stay - four adults in a cabin for six - a tight squeeze! Everything there we needed. Bought a bag of firewood for $12 and lit a fire and made some s'mores - very enjoyable. Interesting to read the comments about the staff being rude, must admit, they were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Lovely atmosphere here. Busy locals bar scene mixed in with tourists. Beers good as was service. Food we had mostly Mexican and was superb. Proper home made food that was well presented, fresh and of good quality. Bar has a real relaxing feel and we for sure will be returning. Good place this.

Great beergarden in the woods, right off PCH. Prices are steep due to remote location, but service and selection are great. Funny place with free table tennis.

This campsite is a great place to stop whilst travelling through Big Sur along PCH. We booked a Queen size Cabin for ourselves including our teenagers, which whilst set back from main road provided a quiet and tranquil nights sleep. The cabins allow you to experience a traditional camp vibe without needing to pitch a tent. Although glamping facilities are... More

We went here for dinner since our lodge had no power or generator. The food was fantastic and the waiter was probably the best we have ever had (wish I remembered his name)!

We got caught on the Pacific coast Highway coming from Pismo beach to Monterey. The kids were hungry. We were tired after a long day riding ATVs in Pismo beach. The drive was scary and hard in the dark! We were on the road at 10 thinking that we wouldn't be able to find anything to eat in Monterey so... More
