We tried to find this place, the last time we were here. Glad we tried again! This is an open air palapa style restaurant, serving the freshest seafood in Pto. Juarez. Wife said this was the best aguachilis, ever! I really enjoyed lobster quesadillas. The table sauces were excellent. Permanently in our rotation.

Kiosco Verde is one of those places that can get easily overlooked, because of its location on a sidewalk that you can mistakenly bypass. The food here is AMAZING, and this is by far the best place my friend and I ate at in MX. I even ate here solo once during the trip, and it was great due to... More

Our best restaurant find this trip was Kiosk Verde! Wonderful food, great service. Authentic, delicious and inexpensive. Local beer brewed/bottled for them was very good, both the light and dark lagers. Loved the grouper, snapper, shrimp ceviche, bananas and pastry dessert. They do have a menu in english, which is a great help to those of us with poor spanish.... More

What a great place to eat! First of all, a personal warm welcome from the chef, he will give you the suggestions of the day, but most of all, the food, man! the fresh, delicious and tasty ceviches, aguachile, and the awesome grilled arrachera with shrimps. The price? fair!

Being one of the few restaurants in Puerto Juarez I tried this over lunch (they open at 12 and close at 7pm). The menu is local, fresh seafood but actually the dishes are all very nicely presented, and with some creative flair. I had a canapés with octopus, then raw tuna tacos (really very good), and a spicy octopus tostada.... More

Went here for a quick tapas style lunch snack and was pleasantly surprised.Mexicans usually eat their main meal at lunchtime but we weren't that hungry as the heat makes you eat less.We still went and ordered prawns in "aguachile",a sort of lime and chili brine which cooks the raw prawns(a bit like ceviche).I added more chile habanero sauce to make... This family owned and traditional restaurant has all you need to experience authentic Mexican seafood in Cancun: A nice atmosphere, cleanliness and variety of options in the menu, including daily specials. All at very reasonable and affordable prices. I tried the fried garlic hogfish, which is the preferred fish plate in the Mexican Caribean, known by locals as "Boquinete al... More
