Great service and the bacon wrapped shrimp will blow your socks off. We had one to share for an appetizer then ordered another to share for a meal. Great service and great food. They close at 8:00 so you have to go early.

We recently visited Puerto Morelos and tried this restaurant for the first time. The service was better than average, and we did not feel rushed even though we arrived not long before they closed for the evening. The restaurant was set up like a beach bar with sand floors and plastic tables and chairs, with a palapa roof covering the... More

We went twice, chosen by the whole family. Everyone enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and staff. Wife and daughter had burritos. They were massive and very tasty. Son and I had fish filet. It literally filled the plate, for 110 pesos. Amazing prices. And the staff were great. Lots of fun and friendly. We'd see them around town at other times... More

Both my girlfriend and I really enjoyed this restaurant. We went to Puerto Morelos for some scuba, wandered around town afterwards for some food. Came across a person who directed us to El Pesquero for some good sea food. We weren't let down. We both enjoyed our meals (basa fillet and shrimp quesadillas). The pico was fantastic as well. The... Located on the sand, sort of across from Merkadito. I had the horseback shrimp, which is shrimp wrapped in bacon. It was the best shrimp I had in our 3 week stay. My wife had the chile rilenno, which she also liked. The other 2 people that dined with us loved it also. Service was good and we would highly... More

My husband wanted a whole fried fish our last night in town. This was a recommendation so we went. He really enjoyed his entire dish. I'm not crazy about Mexican food, so I was unable to make a favorable choice. The staff was efficient, the location was good and their deco was really cool.

Now, we had great Margaritas here AND the t-shirts here are great and well worth the $10 US - eat, sleep, drink, fish indeed! But the food is so so. I had the grilled shrimp. Dry, but woken up a bit with some lime juice. But served with rice and a scoop of mashed potato. Really? And MJ had the... More

We went on a Sunday evening around 6 knowing it would be busy and were prepared to chill out and wait. However the staff was not chill and were freaking out over being in the weeds. We saw people leave over what they perceived as being stone walled from service, which is what it was. However we used this as... More

Recommended to us by a local, we decided to check El Pesquero for lunch. We enjoyed a fresh fish fillet cooked to our specifications. Service was excellent.

We picked this restaurant based on TA reviews. We had booked which was probably a good job as it filled up quickly. The good bits excellent fresh fish and ceviche to die for (the medium portion was easily big enough for 2); the price - $39 for 2 starters, 2 mains, a bottle of decent wine (Chilean Sauvignon Blanc) and... Description
We are a tipical local seafood restaurant, worried about our friends satisfaction, thats why we only use the best quality products and ingredients.

We offer a good variety of food: guacamole, shrimp quesadillas, fish fillet, ceviches and coctails, shrimps, lobster, conch and some house specialities. We also offer some drinks and coctails like margaritas, pina colada, daiquiris, cazuela with tequila, margachela (margarita with a beer), beers, sodas, fresh waters and some spirits and liquors.
