Great local restaurant. One of the best filets we’ve had. Staff if very friendly and not pushy. Laid back atmosphere and something the whole family will enjoy.

This is no doubt one of the very best restaurants in Puerto Morelos. We'd read mixed reviews on the food and service, but our experience was very good. We sat outside which enabled us to enjoy the weather, watch the locals, and be entertained by various street performers. The meal began with a nice basket of bread and creamy butter.... More

We ate here last year, had a great meal and were looking forward to going back. The restaurant was crowded, which I thought was a good sign. I had 2 different types of empanadas, they were good, not great. My husband had the ribs, and although the flavor was good, they were very tough. I honestly think the quality of... More

Sat down and got menus then we waited for 35 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. Worst service I've ever experienced. Too bad ! We were looking forward to our dinner.

Love Al Chimichurri, and stop by every time we're in Puerto Morelos. They're always busy- make reservations! Love their empanadas (caprese is our favorite) and we always order the flank steak- DELICIOUS. Everything cooked on an open flame oven, which is neat, plus they have a superb wine list. Love the street seating while enjoying the random music and dance... More

Imagine a 14 oz. Filet for $20 US. Unbelievably good meal. It is not a big place and our table was in the street, right by the speed bump. Acrobats and Mariachi bands add entertainment to the mix. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Family who run the business is very nice!

We always make a point to eat here. Everything you order is perfect. It is a restaurant where a lot of locals choose to dine so in my books that's what makes it so perfect. If you are looking for fancy this is not for you as it's a very casual place. If you are a foodie then this is... More

Its soooo busy that if u dont book table u can be on waiting list for an hour. If they say u will wait 20 min remember its 20 "mexican minutes":) which means an hour or so. Its in general a steakhouse with good meat. You wont find fish on the menu. Minus is the waiting and that u sit... More

We made a special trip into town from our all inclusive resort just to have dinner here, based on a recommendation from a friend. It was worth the trip! Delicious steak and roasted vegetables. Loved this place!
