I've been going here since 1979 when it was called Ron's Squaw Point but all the lefty handwringers made them change their name, really? Anyway Ernie's is centrally located on the lake with extensive docks for boats and a nice lakeside patio for eating. The service is excellent and friendly. The food never fails to taste fresh and great. They... More

Fun restaurant by boat, snowmobile or car! Outdoor eating in summer by Gull Lake is our favorite. Good food, friendly staff.

I have only been here once, a friend recommended this place and after the fact, if you are in the area it is a great place to grab a bite or a few drinks

I had the local burger which is made from grass fed beef. You can tell the difference. It was great. My wife had the catfish sandwich which was supposed to be blackened. It wasn't blackened like you would expect but it was still good. The setting for the restaurant was awesome. We sat by the window which looked out on... More

If you are gluten-free stay away. Beyond not having any choices, the staff is not knowledgeable about what is safe or not to eat. The atmosphere is fun and a great place to boat into but if you're looking for a good food probably not the place. Our wait staff did not know the difference between a broth based or... More

I go here each year for a yearly work conference. We always bring a big group and are always accommodated. Food is good. Plenty of options for a crowd. Bar and restaurant area separate. Prime rib on Friday is always good!!

Food is good, portions are generous. Wait staff is friendly. The only bad thing is that the place was full of flies that pestered us throughout our meal. Weird in October..

Dinner looked appealing but both meals were too salty, especially the fish and chips and the lobster bisque. Service was very good and the lake view was great. Too bad about the food.

This is a great spot to eat and drink. You can arrive be car or by boat. The place is large and can seat a large family or a couple. The bar is separate but families will have to pass through the bar to eat inside or use the facilities. The menu has many choices and the food is great.... More
