Always a favourite of ours. Nothing better to sit outside in the garden overlooking the harbour having a pint or two!! Fabulous food especially the ploughman's. Always friendly staff too. Beautiful pub.

We've been 'calling in' for the past few months. Food & Beer Quality Always Good. Staff Always Friendly. Can get busy so arrive early if you need to be out at a set time, During Busy Periods they don't take reservations.

Popped in for a drink and light lunch. The girl in charge was friendly, the pub is dog friendly with a roaring fire and lunch was delicious with a good sized plate of food. Lovely pub, thanks very much.

As we were standing at the bar, The landlord didn't even acknowledge we were there. It seemed to us that he had a captive market, as the pub is next to a large camping and caravan site, and didn't feel he had to make an effort. He walked past us several times without speaking and wasn't going to say goodbye... More

After a long day we just wanted an easy to walk to pub and good, tasty grub - we achieved both of this objectives! The staff were friendly an welcoming and our king prawn tails with chips and salad were delicious as was the bakewell tart for pud. With wine, the bill was £45 - very good value.
