I had some set dinner few years ago, was good but forgot what I had and forgot to put review. This is just to have a snack and a drink to kill time, the mocktail was well prepared, the sandwich with beef tartare didn't taste much. They serve coffee well though.

While staying at the Radisson blu we were encouraged to have our dinner here. The starters were ok, soup and carpacio, but the 32 eur iberico wad just cooked in hell, totally dehydrated and carefully made sure it would lack of every single form of taste. It's an insult. Nothing more nor less.

We had a nice lunch here. The waitress was very friendly and service quick. Would recommend it and I certainly would eat here again if I'm in Spa area.

I'm not a big fan of eating in hotel restaurants since the menu tends to be boring and/or overpriced but here it was not the case. A good selection of interesting choices, although the restaurant was fully booked the service was swift and friendly, reasonable prices and nice presentation of the dish.

I don't expect much from hotel restaurants, but this brasserie inside the Radisson Blu in Spa ticked all the right boxes. First, the bar was excellent, with very helpful and courteous service. Terrific range of choices. The restaurant was just flawless for dinner. The entree choices were first rate, the service prompt and the suggestions very apropos. Multi-lingual staff, although... A very dissappointing experince - to start with waiter has forgot to put my the order in the system. Second, bread was century-old. Third, burger for EUR 18 was basically of MacDonalds quality. Even the salad was so stuffed with dressing, that it was disgusting. The only edible things on the plate were fried potatoes and mayo. As we had... More

Visited this restaurant during a business lunch. The interior is nicely decorated. The atmosphere is good. Acoustics are OK (the place was packed and we could have a normal conversation). Good distance between the tables assuring privacy of conversations. The food was not convincing. Price/quality is ratio is not good. Basic dishes (beef, fish) are not perfectly cooked. We drank... We took advantage of the weekend package and 3 course dinner after having seen other reviews. We really liked the hotel and the convenience to the spa cannot be beat. However the restaurant and the food was really disappointing. We started with the shrimp tartare and risotto. Neither were what they claimed to be. The shrimp were actually cooked and... More

We got the 3 course dinner as part of our weekend package. We were really happy with the service and the food was good which makes an overall satisfying experience. We also liked the atmosphere in the busy restaurant, which didn't keep them from sending the meals at a steady pace.

I had the pleasure of visiting this Radisson hotel in Spa several times over the past years and of course, I enjoyed my dinners at the hotel's restaurant. This hotel and brasserie are located in the very center of Spa and finding some parking space can be a bit of a problem at times. The brasserie is a well visited... More
