Yes, it is open at lunch time - for a full menu. But you can just stop and get a drink. For most months of the year you can sit outside on the terrace and eat there. It's lovely. Good service, very good food, but simple. No pretensions. Good meat, fish, great salads and the most wonderful chocolate mousse (but get there early for that). Always busy on Sundays when local families congregate for meals after church. Heaving at Easter!
