This restaurant closed several months ago. It lay empty for a while and has now reopened as "Monterey Jacks". I have not been there yet but it seems far more popular than when it was Cafe Continental.

Had a coffee with my partner.. Great service and good member of staff. Location is excellent although there's no much variety on the menu

Pleasant service, tasty food, good prices, lovely views. Although there was background music, the volume was kept to minimum, and the staff virtually whispered thus creating a somewhat staid atmosphere on a busy Friday night.

Only popped in for a coffee. Impressed with the decor.....and the carrot cake. Nice view of the river at the back of the house. All in all a pleasant stop off.
