Went there because stay in holiday inn. My friend ordered a rib eye steak, but it was a little bit smelly. Also, the seats were not comfortable.

I've been staying in the holiday Inn hotel for business all week and thought I'd try the restaurant. Having read the menu i was looking forward for a good feed. The staff were very professional and charming. However the size of the portions was appalling!!! Crab rarebit starter, very tasty very very small. Duo of pork for a main ,... More

With the Holiday Inn East Kilbride pretty much in the middle of nowhere we decided to stay in the hotel for dinner so neither of us would have to drive and we could share a bottle of wine over dinner. Our starters were a burger and a mixed grille. The burger was good but the accompanying fries weren't great. The... More

I had breakfast and dinner here. On both occasions service was pretty lax, no real management of the staff and quite slow. On the plus side, the food at dinner was excellent - perfectly cooked veg and salmon. Breakfast food was decent enough, standard HI fare.

Shared a starter with a work colleague, the bread board was disappointing, 3 different breads, quite dry and probably just about enough for one person. The oil and balsamic vinegar bowl was too acidic with little oil in the mix. I ordered the hunters chicken which was very over cooked and extremely dry, even when you added the bbq sauce.... More

Excellent meal deal; 321...3 courses, 2 people, 1 bottle of wine (£40) Not only was the food and wine lovely, the staff were extremely pleasant and very attentive throughout. Had table for 4 and all agreed we will return. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Douglass was amazing as a bar made, making us feel very welcome and informing us on the popular and best meal and cocktail options. I travel regularly for work and due to her hospitality I will definitely be coming back! Good food, good drinks, great service...

Visited this restaurant which is part of the Holiday Inn, East Kilbride and there was NO-ONE there when we arrived at 7.30 pm on a Saturday evening, which really surprised us. Okay the Glasgow Commonwealth games were on but we would have expected some guests. The waitress then asked if we had booked before showing us to a table. I... More

The food whilst good was very slow to arrive when there were literally 4 or 5 other tables. I would not like to wait when the restaurant is full!! She servers were polite but I would... More
