Food quality was decent, not the most elaborate sushi but good taste. However we were truly let down by the service. In the Menu it mentioned that you can take the buffet if there are at least two people taking it. But we were informed that it is only possible if it is taken by the whole table. Then there were a few mishaps during the evening as well. Lastly we have the Cloudigo App which gives us a discount, they are listed on the app with a 15% discount but when we wanted to use it, they said that they stopped the contract. In the end I did tell the staff that we were let down by the service that we received and they just blamed it on new management, saying that they can’t do anything.

Very beautiful, refined and characteristic place located in St.Julian, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling that catch the eye. The restaurant is made of curtains, chandeliers, vases, lights, clocks, sculptures, so beautiful that it is like no other place. The staff is very kind and courteous: they pour water into the glasses as needed; he is very attentive to requests. We went to this restaurant many times in different groups and never had any problems, but lately it seems that the service was going from good to a complete disaster. We booked a table of Ten people for Sunday afternoon and we were told that we cannot go before 1:30pm, as soon as we arrived we were told that the kitchen will close at 2:30pm. Food was rushed and some of the waiters were a bit rude to say the least, I understand that any day can be busy especially a Sunday afternoon, but such small issues could be handled better. To top it all off we asked for the manager to clarify some things but were unfortunately ignored. Numerous plates kept coming on the table as they didn't give us time to finish our food, after a while to politely send us away the music was turned off and lights as well. One thing I've never understood why they don't accept a credit card. I say again, the food is exceptional but the service could be much better, like it once used to be.

Worst experience ever at a sushi... As soon as I arrived I waited with my girlfriend 10 minutes standing at the desk because no one arrived at 20:40. arrived at the table there was neither soy nor the menu to order, which was not brought up to our request. once the menu arrived we promptly ordered, although still the ways to order are unknown to us, because it was not understood how many orders we could make per plate and not. following the order, after 10 minutes, then about 21:10, came the tempura (the only good thing), after which nothing until 21:45 (after urging to get up and leave) brought us a salmon tartar, where there was more salad than salmon, almost in contempt. Upon new solicitation, in the space of 5 minutes the sushi arrived, practically after more than an hour that we were there. Worst sushi restaurant of my life. I was here with my boyfriend for dinner. First, they left us standing at the entrance alone for 10 minutes while the waiters were chatting. After having us sit down, they hastily explained how to order, but to this day it is a mystery to us. Once we scanned the qr code, we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring us the paper to order and deliver it. Today, we went for lunch with a group of 14 people. Just 5 minutes before our reservation, we received a call stating that the table must either all be buffet or all a la carte. We declined because two people in our group didn't want sushi. We mentioned that we hadn't been informed about this requirement, and they agreed to accommodate us. However, when we arrived, they expected the two people ordering a la carte to sit at the end of the table, which we refused to accept or we would leave. Don't go here! Ordered sushi that was definitely not made the same day. My partner ordered steak but got chicken. My dish of fried chicken was covered with a terrible curry sauce. We were only three guests in the room. So you can't blame stress.

Let me start by saying that i love this restaurant! I go there like two times a week, first of all because i am a sushi lover and the food there is delicious ! My top favorite dish is the Bulgogi beef and this is a must try!! Apart from the food is great , i have to mention that the service by all the staff is also amazing and very friendly Laxmi the manager is always welcoming and with a smile , Jean in the bar makes really nice cocktails especially a long island iced tea!! Overall a very nice vibe and chill place!! Keep up the good work !

We had dinner here on our first night since it was right next to the Westin where we lived. They run a very specific a la carte buffet menu where you order in rounds to minimise waste. The food is yummy and the sushi and sashimi of good quality. A bit pricey but worth it for my children who love sashimi.

We went there on someone else’s recommendation. The local is very nice and the atmosphere is great. We loved the food! We has some fried calamari and the platter 4 (50 pieces). A margarita and a mojito. Everything was delicious and flavorful. We want to go back and try the all you can eat menu too.

Went for the buffet last Sunday. Sushi was decent and the appetisers were really good. However they brought us 2 wrong orders, the second time the waitress was glaring at us for informing her that this was not the food we ordered. On top of that we had orders that never showed up. It was very busy so delays were expected. Do not expect socially distanced tables. If you tend to easily feel warm, the restaurant did not have the A/C on and only had some fans to cool patrons off. Also for some reason you cannot pay with card. My friend was told that they only accept cash (or vouchers).

Went to this restaurant last Saturday with six friends. Not only was there NO social distancing, you actually had to disturb or be disturbed every time someone got up! The food was actually good but when we came to pay, the woman said we HAD TO pay cash because of Covid!!!!!!! We said that she couldn’t possibly spring this on us at the last minute with no warning! She said we were told when making the booking and we could go and find a cash point!!!!! We called to book two weeks earlier. We also called again the same day to change the number of people because one of the birthday girls (whose name we booked in) was sick . At no time were we told on the phone that we had to bring cash! When we said that the girl who’s name we booked in wasn’t there she said that she had spoken to her and told her. That was a big, fat, lie because the one who made the booking in the birthday girl’s name was actually there so the idiot thought she had an excuse but it was just a lie! It is really shocking to have to deal with people like that! Another nightmare is that the place is very big, was packed solid and had music on way too loud! We couldn’t even hear what the waiter was saying half the time. Forget having a conversation! It was exhausting! We will NEVER set foot in there again!

The food is very good, granted, but much is left to be desired by the service. First we were seated at a table and after we were settled in they made us change table. Secondly they weren't accepting card payments on the day. Thirdly the service was really slow. We spent 2 hours waiting for soup. By the time the soup arrived it was 10.30 and the kitchen was closed, so we couldn't order the main course. We ended up paying 25.50. They should employ more people I guess!

Terrible service! Table of 12 Started with ordering wine and it was served warm...twice after returning it again and again. 1ht 15 mins later we were served the right chilled wine! Food order was in wrong order completely and not what was ordered. Allergies were not taken into consideration and put health risk of 3 people. Starters where served at the end! Waiters cleaning table while others still have food coming. Sure not recommended 🤬🤬🤬 Ruined us a birthday dinner

Situated under the Golden Tulip Hotel, this is a surprisingly spacious and light environment in which to dine. We had 4 starter plate and each was well presented and incredibly tasty. A bit too much kale on the side if anything. Thai green curry for me and a chicken and peanut dish for the wife were both excellent. straightforward tasty food
