We have eaten both inside and outside and both settings are wonderful and quaint. The staff can't do enough for you, especially John, they were wonderful and really made us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was lovely as was...the wine offering. We will certainly come again.More

Lovely little restaurant. Beautiful old building inside and a great outdoor seating area. Feels very cosy. Staff were very friendly and chatty made us feel welcome. Food was delicious definitely not your average Italian restaurant..

Been here a few times in previous years, think it under new management. Definitely gone downhill, service was poor, food was not good in fact I was ill the next day. Would definitely recommend to avoid, much better to be found elsewhere.

Lovely looking restaurant both inside and out and food was ok but two issues mean we wouldn’t go back. Firstly the 45+ minute delay between our starters and main course and secondly one waiters insistence on taking away drinks that still had a quarter left...when he bought another one without even asking. A shame because we really wanted to like it.More

We have been staying in Malta the past week & this restaurant had caught our eye a couple of times so we decided to come here for our final meal. Safe to say it wasn’t the best we’ve had during our time here. 2/4 of...the meals we received were not properly cooked 1 being the salmon & the other being the pork fillet which came with a sauce which just tasted like pure oil & one of the other meals was served as only half of the description. It was very over priced for the quality of food that we had received & we are definitely let down as the decor itself was beautiful but the food didn’t match, would definitely not recommend.More

Pro: beautiful inside, good food Con: Waiters not wearing mask properly, AC was not on just fans, standard salt pepper vinegar balsamic and cheese for the pasta was not brought to the table. To be fair I didn't ask as I don't use them anyway

A beautiful setting, gorgeous inside and if that is what you seek, book early. If you want quality food and service then look elsewhere. Once you are snared and given a table you are then neglected. Food arrives, eventually, and in simple terms it is...acceptable. Needing to constantly try to catch the waiter's eye to move the meal forward, I found irritating and after the main course being left for 35 minutes without any activity was frustrating. Eventually we got up and asked for the bill, which was not cheap for two people. Intended to finish meal with desserts, coffee etc, but just too frustrated by the chaos. In addition if you are offered the table next to the service lift, decline. It really does encroach on your enjoyment. Lots of lovely places to eat in this area where you are afforded proper attention. This is not one of them.More

Very good atmospheric place,a bit crammed outside. But service is excellent and the food very good, but the mussels could be a big bigger and thick cream but overall very good …..

Went here with family on a Saturday night We were one of the later parties in the restaurant and it felt as though staff had checked out I had to ask three times to get a drink and the wait for our main course was...over an hour The food other than the “specials “ starter was good but the whole experience was let down by frankly appalling serviceMore

I know Peppino's as well, it's a nice little place, food is good, with a great view. What question did you have?
