Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had heard about this cafe from friends and visited it on returning from Wilson's Prom. The food is fantastic especially the gourmet pizzas. We had a hungry young family with us who played pool, supervised by their parents while we waited for our order....The wait for food was not long and honestly I have never tasted such a delicious mushroom burger. Our family devoured the food and finished with hot chocolates. The staff were efficient and friendly. They made us very welcome. Although the restaurant was not super busy there were plenty of take away orders collected. Highly recommend this cafe.More

Unfortunately we cant comment about the food.. the place was fully booked because they had a function so they offered us to do take away which we agreed to, however this one staff was extremely rude kicking us because our 2 years old was sitting...on the unoccupied seat (then) whilst we were looking at the menu..understand the place is busy but this is more or less what she said "we are fully booked and you (our 2 years old) cant sit there" and i said "i understand, we are going to do order for take away and go" and she said" yes but you still cant sit there". I am pretty sure i hinted it that we wont take long at all and its our tired 2 years old who was sitting not us and and I guess she could have said it in a lot nicer way instead of being so rude especially working in the hospitality industry but unfortunately nope... she was just so rude. I am a foodie and ive been to so many eat out places, even a place where they dont take reservation and you have to wait over an hour get a table and i have never seen such a bad service. Extremely disappointingMore

We love the rustic feel of this place, but we struggle with its extensive menu, which is all meat. I'm sure it's very good, but as a vegetarian, I would welcome options other than vegetable or salad side dishes to make up my meal. I...think they would do well to recognise that many people are eating less meat these days and that they may need to update their thinking.More

Go here often. The pizzas are delicious- my favourite is the pumpkin, feta and spinach - but all yummy. Friendly family atmosphere and service with a smile. Roast nights are also good value. On a nice day it is pleasant sitting out on the deck...and if not near the fire is cosy!More

Fabulous pizza options for vegetarians - suggest the pumpkin one. Nice little verandah to sit on and enjoy a beer!

After a FULL day exploring Wilsons Prom we ended to eat before going back to our accommodation at Sandy point - There were a few options here at Fish Creek and we were certainly not disappointed by our choice here. I had the spicy Pizza...which was very large and really good washed down by a couple of nice draught beers and the wife had Calamari and salad also a nice tasty large portion - It might look a little rough round the edges but hey thats a pom talking - Try it is very good and very friendlyMore

Dropped in for meal whilst on roadtrip. Good variety and in the choose two steaks and gourmet pie. All enjoyed and felt disappointed that we couldn't go back for another go at the menu.

We had good dinner at KO, but with 40 degrees outside it was very hot... And unfortunately no airco.. The online menu on their website is incorrect, it lists items that can't be ordered. And the mains come without a side so be prepared to...pay extra for that. All in all a good dinner, and there isn't really an alternative nearby...More

We had a plan of going to the Fish Creek hotel for having dinner and getting some rest after our hike to the Mt Oberon but it was between lunch time and dinner and they couldn't serve us so we ended up going to KO...bar and grill. The food was great ( we had a small Up the Creek pizza and Carbonara pasta and a serve of wedges and it was enough for two ppl) besides they let us play pool for free. Good place to stop by on the way to Mel.More

Stopped at Fish Creek for a quick easy lunch. Pizzas were good and pretty tasty. Service was quite good but had to ask for cutlery and napkins otherwise all good. Would recommend for easy lunch.
