Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Service and staff were great. Choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Great coffee. However food was overpriced and felt left over from breakfast. Had a salmon croissant. Overcooked and dry and a shaving of salmon. And the Big Breakfast (breakfast was supposedly all day). 2...small dried out sausages. 4 pieces of dried out toast already buttered 2 poached eggs. All in all would have just stuck with the coffee if I had known. Expensive, disappointing and dried out.More

We often drop in here for breakfast. The area at the back of the cafe is cheerfully quaint, with its mix of scattered tables, chairs and colourful cushions to rest on. The breakfast meal is typical of a small community cafe, wholesome and tasty. But what...sets this cafe apart is the feeling you are escaping into a bygone era when things were simple, pleasant and homely. Well, done to the owner and I trust you will be around for along time to come. Visitors will need to check opening hours before visiting. Enjoy!More

My wife and I celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary today with brunch at the Little Teapot Cafe. They now have wonderful hot meals. I had their Big Breakfast, which was amazing and my "bride" had the Ploughman's Lunch, which she enjoyed. Plus cappuccinos. A great...experience with very pleasant service and chats with Helen, the owner. We highly recommend the Little Teapot.More

Went for a quick stop with the family before our trip back. Nice homey environment and lovely bacon and egg rolls. Coffee was average but still nice. Service was also very friendly.

What a charming cafe! Easy ramp access to the front door, charming teapots displayed on a wall, and an outdoor dog friendly seating area. Quick service, staff chatty and friendly. Our eggs Benny and Super Duper breakfast burger were fresh and tasty. Scones light and...delicious. We'll be back!More

We had a lovely morning tea here this morning. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the rear outdoor space a lovely place to sit with a great play area for young children.

Now more seating, on a deck out the back . Good atmosphere and friendly service. Lovely home made devonshire tea. But i have to agree with a previous reviewer that the coffee didn’t have much flavour. However I would still go back , as I’m...sure the hot chocolate would be nice.More

Considering a move to this area, we were very pleased to find this little cafe. Had a great breakfast of generous serve of scrambled eggs. Proprietor could not have been more friendly and helpful with insights into local area.
